- Easy to knock out - With really no armor to speak of, the droid vessels are easily knocked out of commission for a number of reason.
- One gun - The limited array of weaponry make it a non-versatile vessel, purpose built.
- Ion/EMP - A large burst of energy will knock these out of commission with tremendous ease as they have no safeguard against either.
- Choices Choices - It's a droid and learning against sentient beings. The decentralized central processors store the data, but the ships have to learn through trial and error.
- Processing Speed - Regardless of their capability to process information quickly, the droids still have to decide what their next action is going to be. And cold hard logic ultimately cannot compare to sentient wit and gut feeling.

With the need to fill the hangars of her designs with something functional and relatively easy to replace, Niki set about making a small and compact droid starfighter to complement the vessels of any spacefaring group. Wondering if she couldn’t just swap out the weapons aboard the simple droid starfighters instead of creating something wholly new, she removed the single laser cannon and replaced it with a scaled bomblet generator.

A shrug, and another slap of a sticker produced yet another relatively simple droid ship to fill the spaces in her ships
