"Jedi scums need to be told they are to be destroyed," Mars had said once, "and the best way to do that is to fool them into thinking something, because their minds are a bundle of dumbness." Of course his son listened to him. How couldn't he have? His life depended on being accepted by his father and any case of not agreeing with the so-called God of War was suicide.

Now as a free soul, his son still took his father's saying as the universal facts. And that's when the boy decided to have a small little prank on any Jedi. With a simple letter sent with a picture of a holocron, the Jedi Order had been told there was a honourable piece of information on the planet of Ölüm just outside Republic space. Of course one wouldn't believe such things without checking them, so there was a pretty good chance somebody would be sent to the planet to see whether the letter was right or not.

There was no holocron on the planet.

Jhoren, the Son of Mars, had faked the picture using some technology his father had left with him. "Use it wisely," the father had said, and that's what the Sith Acolyte tried to do.

The trip to Ölüm was a strange one. For the first time in his life, the man really felt fear. He had heard ghost stories about the empty planet. A few had said there are nearly no living beings on the planet because of paranormal activity on it. Others said there was something inside the planet which ate people. Of course the boy was scared by these speeches. Why shouldn't he have been?

While travelling in hyperspace, the boy literally shook because of serious fright. It was childish to do that, but that didn't weaken his fear at all, maybe even induced it.

The ship landed on a barren wasteland on the planet. A pretty simple yet strange location, but he had randomly chosen the coordinates and now that he had finally got to the planet, he was just as surprised. Walking out of it, his body shook even more. If before, it had been only a bit more than a shiver, then now it was completely uncontrollable.

Wearing a dark, nearly black robe, he actually looked like a Sith. His hair was set the way it typically was. His eyes glowed the same red hue it did every other day, so the only thing which wasn't traditional was his fear. Maybe a Jedi coming to the planet would stop him from shaking that much?

If there was anybody coming at all.

A few weeks earlier a highly suspicious message had arrived at the Jedi Academy on Ossus. It had carried the news of a found holocron on the planet of Ölüm. That wasn’t the suspicious part of it though, Ölüm was known for its many treasures it held, so it didn’t seem unlikely that one regarding the Jedi were hidden on it, no, what those responsible for sorting out these messages had found odd, if not almost absurd was that no one had claimed it or wanted to sell it to them.

Someone had merely been notified of its presence, nothing more, nothing less.

After some debate among various masters, they had come to the conclusion to put a padawan on the task to seek out this holocron and return it to the temple. Yet, instead of sending a younger padawan, one of the librarians of the temple was put on the mission. He was a bit older and a bit more experienced that the average padawan and therefor fitted the task well.

The zooming noise classical to that of exiting hyperspace was heard within the cockpit of the tiny lambda class shuttle as it appeared out of seemingly thin air. Outside and behind the plassteel windows the wasteland planet of Ölüm had appeared, standing in deep contrast with its redly hue to the raven void and seemingly emptiness of space that spanned in all directions around it.

The lambda craft stood relatively still for a second as if the pilot within it was admiring the sight of the mighty looking planet before the ship suddenly swooped forward, heading for the planet at a scarily fast pace. It rumbled, the entirety of the metal carcass that was the shuttle resounding as the atmosphere began to hammer against its hull once it entered at a rapid pace, threatening to tear the fragile looking shuttle apart. Flames were seen blocking all view from the cockpit, attempting to melt and engulf the shuttle, yet with a single press of a switch a transparent energy shield appeared around the shuttle, protecting as it entered and flew over the deserts of the planet. It didn’t take long for it to slow its pace, suddenly braking hardly in the air as it had come close to its destination, speeding forward as it used its engines to slow the pace considerably, slowly coming to a halt, hovering a few meters above the ground. Gusts of sands sprayed from underneath, the engines pushing it in all directions, creating clouds one would be unable to see through.

Slowly it started to lower itself, landing gear reaching for the sand dunes and rocky terrain below it, softly touching the ground after a couple of seconds of hovering. And then, all was still. The sand slowly starting to lay down once again, the clouds disappearing and allowing one to spot the ship once again. Suddenly the entry ramp lowered with a creaking noise, the sounds of leather boots against metal heard as a humanoid male walked down the hatch, towering 1.85 meters into the air, his well-built and muscular physique seen even behind his obscuring black robes with silver trimmings. With the robes, he wore a pair of large loose black trousers, made in such a way to allow for effortless movement and around his waist a large leather belt was seen, a curved hilt lightsaber clipped onto it.

However, the most notable feature to this man’s appearance was the durasteel face shaped mask that was seen covering his face, almost silver like in its appearance it was decorated with various curves along where the cheekbones, nose and eyes would have been. It seemed emotionless, menacing even, allowing only two holes for the eyes and nostrils and a couple of slits by the mouth to allow breathing and talking to be more effective. The man behind the mask was the jedi padawan which birth name was Senji Selah, one he rarely went by these days, instead using Unsung as a title to show his dedication to the force, sporting no true identity.

His boots crushed the small rocks and sand beneath him as he slowly started to pace forward, his steps determined as he headed for the coordinates he had been given by the Jedi masters.
Yet all of a sudden he halted in his tracks, dead still as his right hand slowly crept towards his belt where the curved hilt of his lightsaber was attached to, his gaze hidden from view behind the durasteel mask as it started to scan the terrain. He had felt a ripple in the force, a presence oddly familiar, yet completely alien. Senji had felt it within himself once, there was no mistaking. For one reason or another the dark side of the force lurked this place, yet something was off to its harash sharpness of hatred...

Jhoren walked around, worrying too much about what was coming. Was he truly ready for the fight that could be coming? Or was he prepared for what dangers might have actually roamed the planet Ölüm. The answer was probably negative to both of the questions, but he didn't care too much about that. He had to walk the road his father had once walked in being a perfect Sith. It was his time to do that. It was his time to show his strength.

Waiting for somebody to arrive, he had nothing else to do than hear his own heart beating. And it beat fast, just as if he had been running or doing any other extremely tiring physical work. But he hadn't done any of that. He had just flown a ship, and even that mostly with the help of a droid. Emotions were a powerful thing. They controlled absolutely everything in a person's body. They were so powerful that when they took over, a person had no way of getting rid of them.

He sighed.

With a look behind, he soon noticed something going on. There... was somebody. He sensed movement. Just to be sure, he readied his weapon and breathed deep. It was going to be a fight and he wouldn't leave the planet without a win. Well, or he wouldn't leave it at all. He had no fancy equipment besides his lightsaber with her, so he was quite defenseless, anyway.

When the man got closer, he thought it would be okay to start talking to him... or her. "Coming for the artefact, right?" he spoke playfully, loud enough for the coming person to hear.

So sorry for the short post. I am not master at writing, nor do I have much to do in this post. :p
