Finding a roleplay

Most of my characters from major facs, like [member="Rick Kaloo"] and [member="FN-999"], have been running dry recently. A lot of the recent Dominions and Invasions have happened multiple hours or even a day before I come back on, and by then those threads are usually pretty thick with text and difficult to just hop into. Even some of the more public open threads are very well into the roleplay now, with not very much room for me to join in. I've tried making threads myself, but i've always been thin on people. Any suggestions?

Start a post on the LFG board with an idea for a story? You'll find plenty in the same position who'd jump on an open thread in sure.

Criminal characters are always fun for that kind of thing.

The guys who run these "events" (or what I'm gonna call them) try to put a OOC thread to help people jump in and talk about it

At this point, the invasion on Hoth, which about half my characters are in the proper factions to participate, is over 300 posts through, and I don't wanna end up coming in super late and getting almost no action.

Even a little action can help build on future ideas. Hell I jumped in dromund kaas at the very end, but the little action I'm getting is ood fodder for future story.
