Finish What Was Started

Right after this post.

The two walked and moved in such secrecy in the shadows that Lilin was slightly frightened by herself. It was a thing she had not done yet -- she was more of a fighter on the battlefront, not in the shadows. But it was cool to just stay hidden some time and try to do everything to prevent the Sith from winning. It felt awesome, and gave her a huge adrenaline boost. Perhaps she could have started doing more intelligence work in the future?

As the two started going down into the building, she replied to the man's question.

"I... uh..." she wasn't exactly sure if she was supposed to talk about such things. The more secrets she gave away, the more the man could have thought about joining them. But at the same time, he could have been a spy for the One Sith and was there to gain information about her allegiance and everything she knew.

"My friends invited me to join it. It's a nice friendly group of people."

The girl could feel a few survivors in the building. They were hidden, although her senses told her they hadn't thought of their hiding location too well.

Had a SIth Lord went there, he would have found the survivors in a matter of seconds, she thought.

"Nice friends, you think they'd let me in?"

He could see she didn't trust him. They had only just met. Finnik didn't quite trust her either, but Finnik wasn't one to trust anyone. Whatever reason she seemed okay though. She wanted to help people so that made her okay right? I mean Finnik was selfish, thought about himself all the time. Which made it ironic he was sticking his neck out for people he didn't know.

"This is a bad hiding place," he said as they moved through the darkness. "We'd better get them out before it's too late."

Wow that was obvious, but still. Finnik tried the door which was between them and the survivors, locked. Time prove his worth he guessed.

"Hey open up, we're here to get you off world, somewhere safe."

Lilin was surprised the people had thought of locking the door. Looked like they were not that foolish after all. Well, a person with a lightsaber could have easily made their way through it, no matter if locked or not, so there was actually no chance they could survive would they not save these people.

She could hear the door being unlocked. She also sensed a lot of fear.

"I have a ship that'll take you to the safety of the Republic."

Uh, the Republic. She was not a huge fan of the faction as they were extremely corrupt and stagnant in her opinion. But it was able to protect its citizens to a degree, so taking them there was a better idea than getting them to any neutral world.

"I'm a Jedi," she added so that people would trust the two more. It was a lie, but a lie which could spread some hope in the innocent.
