Rationale: Fire For Effect have been in the business a long time, riding the fortunes of the Hutt Cartel up and down, initially owned by one of his clan brothers, taken at his unfortunate… death. Goros uses the shield of Sere Reen to be the face of his company, his slave and personal servant. His involvement in it is shielded further by the use of Uos Crime Family to liaise with her, setting up what is in effect a misdirection for anyone following the trail to where the money goes. It does mean of course money gets skimmed before it gets to Goros, he expects that, as that's the cost of doing business with anonymity.

Description: Little is known about Kor Oktanivii to anyone outside the Hutts. What is known is a certain weapon manufacturer makes its name there, secretive certainly, they use the world as their own personal testing ground, arming the local street gangs there and watching the results with the various weapons they perfect. It doesn’t take many new weapons to tip the balance and it gives them all terrain and weather testing, finding which models are best comparable against each other.
Their production facilities on Kor Oktanivii are modest and increasing as they grow, often guarded by mercenaries and more importantly the gangs from the streets they supply. Anyone making a move on them will usually have to deal with resistance from the men and women getting free weapons, even if they are guinea pigs, they rely on the edge the hutts give them, little do they know (or often care) their competitors are getting supplied too!
Warehouses on Sriluur contain a large chunk of their supplies, both for the use of the white palace there and to keep their stock split up in case of any raids on the main facility. Due to the hutts relocating to Kessel as their main base of operations and FFE's increasing number of sales wth contracts to the Black Sun, Hutts and other interested parties, they have setup minor shipyards around Kessel, as well as their usual colorful factories planetside on the Hutts new homeworld, these are their most heavily guarded to date.
