SPECIAL FEATURES
- Ignition: Designed to release a microscopic vapor that bonds to oxygen molecules and ignites. The more oxygen in the air the more the fires can burn.
- Destructive Capabilities: Designed by the firebirds to ignite and keep burning until there is no more fuel in the air. Getting hot and spreads like a cascading effect and being able to target the oxygen molecules in water to break the molecular bonds and use once ignited the hydrogen as fuel.
- Possibly a Dud: The weapon was never tested or activated. There is a high chance that it actually can't work and was more an experiment to see if such a thing could be done over if it was going to serve a function.
- Heavy: Even being designed to use desh-terethium as a casing with a vacuum inside sealing the chemicals away. It is a lot of alloy and components that make moving it and producing more then a handful is not easy.
- Force Empowered: The chemicals have been altered with the force allowing them to bond and ignite oxygen molecules. The alchemy used requires the force and vong biotech, voidstone/steel, force dampening effects can lesser the power of it or fully nullify it.
Created by the Firebirds alchemists and benefactor. KNown only by a small handful of the highest ranked members, the purification flames are actually a chemical that is released and the flame effect is the results of it. The alchemical formula creates a synthetic chemical that reacts violently with the environment, isolating oxygen molecules and splitting them. The molecules are then liquefied. This means that any organism exposed to the chemical will first suffocate from the lack of oxygen, and then disintegrate. Depending on the amount of the oxygen destroying chemical released, the body of the victim will either be eaten down to the bone or destroyed completely. Bodies of water can boil and disappear, oxygen producing flora slowly turn to sludge. It is a final resort weapon, something for threatening a world but should never be unleashed.
At least that was the intended effect of the device, the true effects and testing of it were never done. The firebirds were zealots who wanted to plunge the worlds into darkness and order but they are not wicked enough to burn an entire planet without a cause. The device itself is stored within the black vault a secret repository of Balaya's alchemical artifacts and experiments that she has created. The weapon was made more on a can it be done whim and meant to show she had the power to compete with the likes of Rave and Velok. Alchemicsts and masters within their own rites. She might have normally been seen as second fiddle to them but this was her game changer after such a thing like the nightmare child. The case holding the weapon is small, a little goes a long way with lightweight materials and crystasteel to see the fluid within. Once cracked it spread bonding and spreading from oxygen molecule to oxygen molecule across an entire planet.
The auto destruct case itself that hold it is vacuumed sealed to prevent in case of breaking the fluid from spread suffocating it before it can start and the biometrics require Balaya's DNA to access it. A sample of her blood and retinal scans are for later use to get through the other locks before a final series of holographic on times so some of the locks and ways to access the case are harder to crack. The firebirds themselves slowly building their powerbase in the shadows and making a small handful of the weapons that can be removed from the black vault and taken to other worlds. Balaya herself working with them as a creator to empower but not join the darkside cult itself preferring her own freedom.
