The Corporate Alliance was gradually gaining recognition within corporate circles, yet they still had a considerable distance to cover in order to rival the strategic power of the Banking Clan and the Trade Federation.
They had some recent successes to add to their name, like finalizing a trade agreement with the Ryloth Government, which allowed them access to the Corellian Run and the Mara Trade Corridor, a key hyperspace lane towards the Galactic Alliance.
However, the Koorivar Magnate understood that they would need to continue to expand their influence and strengthen their alliances if they were to truly compete with the other corporations.
The Corporate Alliance extended an invitation to Tertius C. Nargath Tertius C. Nargath to visit Murkhana City, Murkhana, the organization's headquarters, in order to explore potential business opportunities and potentially offer them newly developed droid models such as the SSU-13 Droid Sentry and the SCU-12 Mining Droid.
"Greetings, Marquis Nargath. The Corporate Alliance is always seeking new business collaborators and we are pleased to welcome you into our humble abode." He said, once the man had entered into the central office, and took a seat in front of him.

Tertius hadn't been to Murkhana yet, having been all over the galaxy for the sake of repairing or restructuring his company's old assets, little time was left to have any less stressful visitations to other planets. However, there were some exceptions and this one moment was such an exception, as he had been brought up to speed by some of his close aids within the massive Nargath and Zanareth Umbrella Corporation that a somewhat new player wielding a rather old, but still respected name had entered the market and was reaching out for potential corporate contracts and aid.

Knowing the pitfalls that come with running a company, let alone starting one from the ashes of its former self, the Marquis of House Nargath found himself travelling toward the distant planet with keen interest on what this... Corporate Alliance may have to offer besides their newest products ofcourse. To be purchasing or simply contracting the company to build a few droids would be an act beneath the Marquis' games.

He had to admit though, that formulating a contract to purchase those mining droids might be a very good deal concerning the expansion of the N&Z's subsidiary USM which has been at the cusp of an expansion drift lately. In short, while the basic premise was interesting, Tertius hoped to leave Murkhana with more than just a few simple contracts.

Eventually arriving at the headquarters of the Corporate alliance located in Murkhana, the N&Z chairman found himself ending up at the end of a large table, seated in a rather comfortable chair with on the other end of the table the man he assumed to be running this newcomer on the market.

"And the N&Z Umbrella Corporation is always looking for potential partners, assets and subsidiaries," Though the Marquis said these words in response towards the Corporate Alliance's spokesman with an airy tone, the rather sly, faint curl in the corners of his thin lips betrayed that he wasn't actually joking. "I understand that my division manager from the USM had contacted your company in regards to first and foremost the acquirement of a contract in regards to the SCU-12 Mining Droid. with the SSU-13 Droid Sentry being eventually drafted into a potential contract for the security of locations that could not be handled by the N&Z droid core or the N&Z security forces, such as the high radiation areas near our reactors and furnaces."

Reaching for the datapad in his luxuriously woven and gold-piped, purple overcoat, adjusting his silk crevatte as his blue eyes turned their attention towards the screen of the little device, the Marquis tapped a few times on the screen, before accessing the holonet and revealing some graphics. "As you can see, my company has had a serious nosedive when it comes to civilian use droids and though the eventual numbers still are to be considered larger than yours, I have no doubt that the masses will surely gain interest in your current offerings which provide much substance for the little amount of credits you are asking for them."

Placing the Datapad back in his overcoat after shutting down the large, holographic graph, Tertius let out a sigh and nodded his head. "A few decades back, the N&Z provided several major and minor factions within this galaxy with state of the art droids, though we mainly focused and focus on type 1 and type 4 droids, we have always had issues penetrating the wider market for civilian and industrial use. As such, in recognition of the already considerable expertise and promise you have shown..."

From the other side of his overcoat, a different type of datapad, a transparant screen inserted in a plasteel and duraplast frame was placed on the table, showing a whole series of sentences, numbers and more. With his hand gently pressed on this datapad, the Marquis took in a deep breath before chuckling and tilting his head a bit, the steel blue eyes turned straight towards the Corporate Alliance's spokesman. "On one hand, I can simply hope to walk out with a proper contract to supply one of my subsidiaries with a couple of decent droids...or we can perhaps have a look at an opportunity that may have you operate on a much larger scale."
