"It was 11 years ago when we first met, the shadow queen and I... I was a 19 year old girl whom had found herself on Kiffu, of all places." Niyla tried to hold back a laugh as she glanced across the room to see her beloved friend Kira.
"Tell us more please." Croaked one of the older men dining with them.
"Please." Said another.
"Okay, well... I was in a bar trying to find a way to get to Coruscant, which was where I last saw my father. But uh, little did I know that people weren't so friendly to a loner..."
Niyla stood outside the shady cantina, trying to think straight in this forsaken place.
How she had gotten herself here in this mess was even a blur to her. Not that she would have liked to remember in the first place. It had certainly been a rough year for the naive 19 year old.
Though she was desperate, desperate to find her father and her troupe.
Niyla was prepared to do anything to accomplish that, and right now what that meant was getting to Coruscant.
She took in a deep breath before delving into the place, it stunk worse than womp rat dong. As she did so she did with confidence, no one would help her if she acted all sad and depressed, even if that was how she felt. Once to the front she met a tall woman, whom had tattoos all over her body.
Though Niyla wasn't the type to get discouraged just because someone looked threatening. She was headstrong, and whether this was a good thing or not would be decided momentarily.
The girl stepped forward and without even looking she could feel the eyes of many on her. Understandably so, she was a different color than everyone else here, she doubted many of these people had ever even laid eyes upon a zeltron.
"I need to get to Coruscant, do you know where I can find a spaceport around here?" She asked, a thick zeltronian accent resting heavy over her words.
The woman simply shook her head and walked off. Which... may have angered the zeltron.
"Hey, I'm talking to you!" She impatiently yelled out.
Without even turning the lady said with a deep tone. "Sorry kid, I don't serve minors." Cold, that was all she was.
Well, this made NIyla really mad.
She stormed off with heavy feet, her body only being stopped in place by a large hand on her arm. Niyla quickly jerked away, causing her to fall off balance. Above her towered three large men with menacing glares.
"I can get you to coruscant little girl. For a price." One of them said and licked his lips, leaning down and touching Niyla on the breast.
With a heavy grip she grabbed his arm and kicked him hard in the gut, seconded by a punch to the nose. The man staggered back with surprised eyes, his buddies held him by the arms as he regained his balance.
"Oh you're gonna regret that ye hot punk." He croaked and grabbed Niyla by the hair, pulling her out of the bar.
"In your dreams!" Niya stammered in pain as she punched one of the others trying to hold her down.
