Flashpoint Special: Invasion wait times?

Lets say a faction wants to go major and Invade. How long do they have to wait to invade another faction or be invaded myself. 30days? 7 days? 0? Just say zero pls?. How does Flashpoint change or not change these rules? If someone would be so kind as to answer this Id be very happy.

New major factions have a 30 day buffer where they cannot be targeted by invasions. However, they can choose to forgo this buffer and come out of the gate swinging.

As far as I'm aware, Flashpoint rules haven't affected the invasion launch rules. (i.e. Announce and then the thread starts seven days later).
