Fleeting School

So well if a few ships being worked on and a lot made by Resh and Gir... one thing that kind of comes to mind is... Ayden's fleeting school. He used to teach the protectorate how to fleet and I want to do something like that here if [member="Gir Quee"] and [member="Reshmar"] are up for it. since we have a month of peace and relaxation it could be slow and could be used as development for some ships or two that people might be wanting to make.

[member="Sala'dine"], I'm almost always up to help people learn fleeting (unless I'm exceptionally busy in real life), regardless of their affiliation. So yes, I'd be up for it, even if the character isn't necessarily affiliated directly with the SJO.

[member="Gir Quee"] [member="Sala'dine"] We should make it more a scenario type thing that has no bearing on the storyline of the site. and I know the admins of the SJO frown on stuff that may cause drama for the faction we can make it a Directorate VS. New Order thing. Gir can command the Directorate fleet and I will command the TNO fleet. this will cause absolutely no drama since Gir and I control both factions. So just fun fleeting for people to learn and not worry about who wins or who did what or how.

[member="Reshmar"] yes the main goal was no drama or problems. just something we could do on our own and ease into it without the stress of learning fleeting in an invasion/skirmish/event.

the thread is up, something small and well just a small fleet to navigate. I didn't know what ships you gave the silvers to work with when I was making the fleet so sasori ships are the only things there

We could do it where we each command one large ship or a three small ship squadron.

I think we should let people pick a small fleet. Fleet composition is part of fleeting and should be the first thing people learn.

[member="Reshmar"] agreed but I don't have a list of directorate fleet assets within the silvers. I think Gir for the ooc posted one ship but the list hasn't been updated

[member="Sala'dine"] we have access to anything made by Aurora industries, Lucerne Labs, and Mon Calamari Shipyards, plus a few specifically for the Directorate but I figure they can pick anything they want regardless of who makes it for this. Anything made for the Silvers or republic anything open market so on so forth. We just need to agree on how much each can choose
