Biography:
Not much of Cander's life is known as he joined the Stormtrooper Corps, but we do know that he was born to Imperial Scientists on Bespin. Working tirelessly in the First Order Science Division. Aiding in the creation of new Weapons and Technology. Cander was said to be a young protege to the Scientists, often aiding them in their work, but all of that changed in 851 ABY when the Galactic Alliance launched an Invasion of the Anoat Sector. Cander horrified as he could never imagine the Alliance being able to get in so quickly. He divulged that as soon as they attacked Cloud City. They tried to get to safety but were killed by an artillary shell. On that day it changed Cander forever.
From wanting to be a young Scientist now turned into a mess. He quietly hid away in seclusion for months. Often racked by PTSD driven nightmares. Seeing his Mother and Father's charred corpses over and over again. Something to which haunted him for months. Until he decided that fateful day that he was going to gain his revenge. Forsaking his future life as a Scientist. He joined the First Imperial Stormtrooper Corps. Despite being stricken with a heavy case of PTSD. The Officers needed every able trooper they had, and so allowed him to use his desire for revenge to his advantage. Honing his skills in the Stormtrooper Corps. He became nothing more then consumed by hatred for the Alliance.
Unfortunately, by the time he was combat ready the War had ended between the First Order and Galactic Alliance. Leaving him stuck on an outpost in his native homeworld as apart of the reconstruction efforts. As much as it pleased him to aid in the efforts of rebuilding the city, he still felt the desire to avenge his parents death. It wasn't until the Great Galactic War start that he managed to see some action. Fighting on the world of Dagobah, saving the Imperial cousins that belonged to the Galactic Empire. There he had seen his fellow squad mates die, even a friend that he trained with during his early days.
Dagobah would perhaps be the start of a few more battles, participating in defending Varonat, and months later Lothal. With the time of the Alliance at an end, Cander would rest easy knowing the Alliance had fallen not only to the First Order, but to their Sith Allies as well. Participating in trying to enforce a curfew in Skor II. Despite the loss that was suffered, Cander was transffered to the Special Forces Division of the Stormtrooper Corps. Becoming known as a Storm Commando. He now seeks to find his way as a broken man with a new purpose to Enforce Sieger's will and make his Parents death have meaning.
Personality:
Cander's personality is often a rocky mess, suffering from PTSD from the Invasion of Bespin, constantly seeing visions of his parents. While very smart, and able to understand behavior most of all in humans. He struggles with coming to terms with their deaths. Often reluctant at times to enforce Order. He finds a new purpose in it. Often seeing that being a Stormtrooper was a right path for him to take. Despite how broken he is mentally, he found that the Corps built a sense of Discipline as he finds a more fulfilling path as a Trooper in the Military.
Cander has had no problem with following Orders, often believing that a good soldier follows orders, and would do anything his superiors ask, plus more when necessary. It doesn't mean that he does not follow his instincts, being his first line of defense and offense when it comes to following his orders. Cander also values the lives he serves with, and would do anything that his brothers and sisters made it home safely. Seeing the Corps as a second family he has never known. Despite his dreams of perhaps retiring from the Corps when he feels he is ready to live a more solitary life.
In Battle Cander is cold and ruthless, showing no mercy to his enemies. He is often a beast in battle, tapping into his rage to see his enemies defeated, but often make sure that the mission is put above first and foremost, and the lives of his squad mates are met with success. Despite being a broken man, Cander finds redemption in being a trooper, seeing that it's as his new life and would want nothing more.

Loyalty: Cander is highly loyal to the cause he believes in, as well as with the men he serves with. Often putting the mission and his squad mates above himself.
Weapons Expert: Cander during his off time, likes to study and test the various weapons there is to a Stormtrooper's arsenal. As a Storm Commando he has become a proficient expert and deadly foe to face.
PTSD: Suffering a hard case of PTSD from the Invasion of Bespin, sometimes Cander is trigger shaky and will sometimes be reluctant to fight, often calming himself down in order to immerse himself in combat.
Hand to Hand combat: Despite being a Storm Commando Weapons expert. Cander's biggest weakness is Hand to Hand combat especially advanced techniques that surpass his limited Imperial training.
