Rosa wasn't entirely sure at what point she had changed her course for Cato. She couldn't sleep, the transmission played over and over agin in her mind, her chest throbbing every time she watched the lightsaber ignite and end Darron's life. She ignored message and calls that came from Sanctum space. She shut them all out, all of her friends and focused on one thing.

Finding the killer.

The force bond she had with Darron had never broken, no matter how far apart they had gotten. She had built a new life, married another man lived by different rules to him, but still she was connected to him. That was what a child did to people, when you had created a life it created a bond that you couldn't begin to explain to others. That life became a part of the force before it had had a chance to be a part of their life and everything changed, but the bond remained. Had she still loved Darron? Perhaps, in a way, but that wasn't what brought her here.

The gold hull glittered in Cato's sunlight as it passed between mountains and over bridge cities following the tug of the force. She found a landing pad, and began her decent amid cries and shouts over the comms. She reached up activating her link so she cold respond. "I'm her to investigate the murder of a Jedi Master. You will comply with my request to land or I will make you comply." Silence answered her cold voice then a series of instructions for landing flashed across her screen. She followed them, powered the ship down and disembarked. A neimoidian councillor rushed to her side "The Jedi Order made no mention of sending someone to investigate."

"I'm not from the Order."

"But you are Jedi?" Rosa paused to look at him dark eyes surveying him with a look akin to an apex predators. He took half a step back.

"You have a strong military presence here, why did no one interfere?"

"I..."

"My name is Rosa Gunn, I'm not a Jedi of the Order, but I am a jedi of sorts. The Jedi Master that was killed is...was a close friend. I intend to find out who killed him. If you can and wish to help me, then I would be appreciative. If not, stay out of my way." She turned to go making it three steps away before the Councillor spoke again.

"Is it not against the code to seek revenge?" Rosa turned to look back at him.

"I'm not seeking revenge, I'm seeking justice."

"Oh give me a fething break. I just wante-"
"Sir, I am going to have to ask you to leave."

I shook my head. Clearly dressed as a non-jedi and more that of a Rogue force user, I had entered the wrong bar. Apparently they did not like the idea of a man with a weightless blade, and powers that could take them over. But I respected their wishes. Pulling from my pocket, I handed them some credit chips, "For your troubles." I then turned around and left the bar.

Ever since I had basically condoned myself to search for Maya on my lonesome, I really could not do it now. I knew that there was something else to be done. I had forsaken the Silver Jedi and I had literally thrown their patch at them saying that if they could not find her then I would. I told myself to give them a month to find her, and if I didn't hear anything from K my proxy droid that I have left behind to keep me updated on what was happening, then I would use the information that they had to find her. Until then I was stuck wherever to try and find resources.

And well, I had been here since leaving. So the Local police had know that I was here as I had been going from place to place getting call from call about the Local civies calling that someone was calling up the food chain. Literally I had gotten no where with them. Well might as well just sit down and take it up the tailpipe right? I walked back to my apartment that I had been borrowing. The man in the lobby was reading some datapad and asked in a mocking tone, "Find dem badguys yet Jedi?" Using the force the man's coffee had fallen into his lap and I answered him as I walked past,

"Yeah, one who happened to be mocking me." I walked past and didn't say another word as he was cussing at me for making his "boys" burn and are now having to be cleaned up before he has to get burn ointment. I simply went up to my floor in the elevator. Walked to my door, and when opening it, Found a few people throwing my apartment looking for something.

"Well hello there."

What does one of the richest men in the galaxy do who secretly moonlights as a dangerous Jedi hunting Sith Lord? Well it's simple really, you spy on everyone close to your latest kill and keep tabs on the murder scene. How else can you effectively gloat over everything, and truly relish what you did? It wasn't enough for Kryptus to send out a galactic spanning message to all Jedi, no he needed to see how upset he had made people. While [member="Rave Merrill"] had done it for the holocrons, he had done it just to say he had killed the man and relish in it. So he had kept spies on Cato Neimodia, and he had really kept a close eye on the woman who had only recently changed her last name.

Why you might ask? Because Wraith had loved her.

The little drone watched her as she was so defiant, and from his seat on Hypori he had to laugh. Deep in the tower that was the headquarters for his business, he stood in his hidden sanctum. Clad in the same attire that he had worn the day he had slaughtered the Jedi Master, he put on Nihlus' mask, then pulled the hood over his head. Screams could be heard in the space as surgeons worked on his next project, and he sent off the order to Cestus Cybernetics for the hardware he would need for his next project. Yes, that will do just nicely, he thought smugly to himself. Checking the screen where Rosa was in view, he decided to let her know she was close.

Standing on the holopad, an image of himself would instantly appear. The signal he sent was scrambled off of thousands of communication satellites, and the droid would detonate as soon as the message was over.

Behind his mask, he had to smile as he saw the man behind the Jedi Master jump as the image of a two meter tall appeared out of nowhere. "Good to see you Rosa, coming to see the place where your former beloved begged for his life? Well, you're really close. Just know that I'm coming for you next, and you won't get the privledge of going to the after life." At those words he brandished Daesumnor for it to be seen on the feed.

Footsteps had carried her no more than five more paces from the Councillor before the holoimage appeared before her. She stopped his words washing over her like icy water. The hairs on the back of her neck stood on end and a dangerous glint flashed across her eyes. She had a hundred responses for him, all angry, all likely to give him the reaction her wanted. Her eyes glinted with tears but she fought them back. Darron didn't beg, he didn't beg because by the time this monster was done with him he couldn't even speak.

"If you're coming for me, then why aren't you here in person? Afraid of what you might be up against?" She took a step closer, trembling with fury "I will find you, sith. I will find you and I will end you." She continued her march, her steps carrying her through the hologram itself. It was an action meant to offend, but she didn't look back, she didn't grace him with any other reaction. She focused on her breathing as she walked, trying to find a centre of calm, to keep her focus and avoid distraction.

Feet carried her along the same path Wraith had taken, wondering if there had been any warning for him, any sign of betrayal. For there had been betrayal. How else would he have died without anyone coming to his aid? The palace called to her, droids stepped to block her path but the councillor who had greeted her came jogging up behind her. "Let her through" he instructed. Rosa looked at him, their eyes locked for a moment and she registered the guilt and shame there. He broke eye contact and bowed his head. "I will help you where I can."

"I want to know the details of every ship docked on the day he died." The councillor nodded and left her to step through the palace doors. Her stomach tied in knots as she saw the scale of destruction. She let her steps carry her to the centre of the room, the droids who were attempting to clean up the mess paused in there work as she crouched down, her fingers touching a bloodstain on the floor. Another neimoidian edged into the large room, watching her curiously "May I have a moment?" she asked, coming to her feet. He nodded, barked a command and cleared the room. For a few moments Rosa simply stood there, working to calm her frayed nerves. She need to detach herself from emotions before she did this, else she would lose what little composure she had left.

She walked through where his visage was being displayed, but he and the droid adroitly turned to face her. On his end, Cavill struggled to hear what she was saying. A man's screams echoed across the hall as he underwent more and more surgery. Technicians tirelessly worked on the prosthesis and the supports for his spinal column. Blaster shots could be heard as the man was further wounded to wipe his memory. Looking away from the woman he was taunting, he watched their progress for a bit. Fascinating, they truly have done the impossible with him. His mind drifted towards getting [member="Valik"] or [member="Rave Merrill"] to help him, but he decided against it.

This would be his project.

"No, I don't fear you Jedi. On the contrary, I'm too busy hunting more of your kind down as we speak. More and more fall as the days pass by, and more and more join my cause out of fear for what I will do to them." It was the truth, and the sounds of warriors battling as they sparred could be heard by her. "I'm building an army, but your time will come. I want you to go and see where I killed him, and then after you've done that I will begin my hunt for you." His powerful arms crossed his thick chest, and he looked down at her like a boot would consider an ant.

"I hope you can feel his pain there, for I kept his body and I have all of his personal belongings. Your days are numbered, enjoy them."

The feed cut as he turned to face one of his servants. "Send the hunters, when he's ready send him as well."

Thryk hadn't come to Cato Nemodia to be shaken down. Karking bureaucrats had stripped him of any weapons and armor but the light plated clothing he always wore under his Juggernaut suit. If they were trying to arrest him, it'd be fun to see their faces as he killed every guard in whatever hole they threw him in. He didn't think licensed Mandalorians could get arrested on Jedi territory. Or even most parts of Sith territory.

To his surprise, they finally elected to knock him out.

The men turned around at my voice. One smiled as he pulled out a small blade, while a second pulled out a hold out blaster. The third and final man decided to draw a Vibrosword. I shook my head as they advanced on me. I didn't feel like dealing with this. With a grip on the man with the gun, I yanked the gun from his hand, grabbed the blade in the others, both with the force to yank them and fly into the hall behind me, and the vibrosword was yanked forward to be in between the two. With a flick of my wrists, the sword swung back and forth to hit the two guys in front of him. Smacking their heads with the sword.

I then pulled it up and the sword was in the ceiling for me to charge at him. Tacking him with my shoulder. I slammed into him hard with the force to increase my speed. Solid Umph came from him as he hit the wall. And before the man could react, I had already balled up my fist and slammed it hard into his solar plexus. I could hear the wind remove itself from his lungs as I let him slump to the floor.

Turing around, I saw the other two rubbing their heads as they came towards me. Still trying to get at me. Gripping their heads with the force. I slammed them towards each other. And well, the hollow clunk sound that came from it made me wince slightly. "Well that was fun." Moving past them, I went into my room and grabbed the only bag in there. Gathered my clothes and weapons, and walked out. Closing the door, I spoke to myself again. "looks like I will have to look for a new place now since someone is watching me."

Rosa was floating in a sea of calm, eyes closed detached from her emotions around this event. She exhaled slowly and opened her eyes scanning the room around her once more. She needed a good vantage point somewhere that could see everything. Eyes cast upwards, to the domed ceiling above, the base of the dome was ringed by a shallow ledge, to shallow to risk standing upon while she was immersed in something that was likely to send her reeling.

However, humming slightly in the domes centre was a chandelier supported by repulsor lifts. She reached out, deactivating the repulsor lifts and gently lowered it to her level. "What are you doing?!" shouted the neimoidian who had been watching her quietly.

"Relax, I'll put it back." She moved to stand underneath it. A wind crystal hung at the chandeliers lowest point, and Rosa smiled slightly, remembering those that had hung in her window when she had been younger. Gently she reached up and unhooked it. A few small gestures and the repulsor lifts reactivated, carrying the chandelier back up to its correct place. She would need more than this though, this would give her a birds eye view of the fight.

She moved deeper into the room, fingers trailing along the walls. She paused at the edge of a hole that lead straight into the sewers, picking up a piece of rubble she moved again to a hole that took them into another chamber. All the while a nervous neimoidian hovered at her back. There was a dent in the opposite wall, she moved to it, hand running along it. She could feel Darron there, an echo of him at least. Fingers pried away a tile above the dent and she moved away back to the centre of the main room.

Seating herself on the floor, she laid out the three peices and looked to the neimoidian. "Please don't disturb me. As soon as I'm done, I will leave and you can have all three of these items back." He eyed her for a moment then nodded, moving to the doors to seal them. Rosa took the wind crystal up into her hand and closed her eyes. Opening her mind she plunged head first into the crystals memories.
