For the Safety of the Baroness

For the Baroness' own safety, I would like to begin creating a possibility of a backup plan in the event that the Avidon System should be captured by the Republic or the Mandalorians.

This back up plan will have her relocating her family, holdings, and company from Avidon to another world. There is still a few nice open spaces in the Unknown Regions so the question arises.

Whom among the One Sith would like to help the Baroness find a new planet to call home in the event that the Avidon System is compromised?

Assistance is always useful and welcomed.

I'm looking for a world that is no where near the Republic. Alderaan is not that world as it is surrounded by the Republic.

I might, though it would probably be something like vacation home.

But space stations, like planets, can be destroyed. The difference, planets have natural resources where space stations have labs to create said resources. In the end, which is more profitable.

Excellent point, but if it comes to the point that where the Republic, Mandalorians or some other faction can overwhelm the One Sith and annihilate the Baroness' terranean holdings, then running a few strategic bombing runs on whatever fall-back planet she can take a hold over would be trivial.

A space-station, unlike a planet, is something their owner would have complete and utter control over and would be able to tuck away in some region of uncharted space to be virtually impossible to find.

But it requires credits to maintain and operate a space station, in theory. The Jedi and Republic will (or should) refrain from bombing any planet for fear of killing the innocent. By falling back to a planet, she has innocent lives as barter chips. Would the Jedi/Pubs risk losing face by killing the citizens they are sworn to protect?

And if the event the OS is overrun, then we all have problems. And we will all be seeking out new residences on other worlds.

Perhaps you could operate in some sort of migrant fleet? Nomadic lifestyle, go wherever resources are available, and operate without anyone being able to locate your fleet without explicit IC knowledge. Could also build some colony ships of sorts for citizens.

Both the Space Station and the Planet ideas are valuable, and have their pros and cons. For the most part this would be a potential world for which the Baroness could relocate the Magraths, the Avidon Oligarch (under a new name) as well as Magrath Industries in the event that the Mandalorians or Republic invade the Avidon System.

The problem I have with a migrant fleet is that it would also be heavily taxing on resources, requiring the fleet to also stop off at various worlds for refueling, refitting, etc etc, providing various chances for it to be attacked.

Not really. Most capital ships have years of consumables and if you've got specially built colony-like vessel, you can grow your own food. If you're wanting factories and whatnot as well, I've got a few Lwhekk-class Factory vessels that are available to use.
