Description: All throughout history, the containment of Force Users have been quite difficult and expensive, sometimes constituting whole worlds specific to the job, which usually fail to the more notorious. This Collar is intent on changing this. Having seen the effects of Force-breaker grenades in the Empires various battles with the Mandalorians, Imperial Scientists decided that apply that idea to somewhere else. That motive matches up fairly perfectly with the current Emperor Voracitos I's plans. With many of the Empires enemy's being Force sensitive in recent news, it is required for them to be cheaply relocated, and put into reeducation programs. Without hundreds of Force sensitive guards ensuring this goes on, a new inventive way was required to contain these traitors. The answer was Ixetal Cilona, enough of it to cancel out ones connection to the force upon injection. Though varying for species, the effects of the liquidized drug are not as drastic as the vaporized variant found in the Mandalorian Gas Grenade, lasting for only about two hours as apposed to four. To combat this short window of time, the collar was given 12 vials surrounding the circumference of the Collar for injection, and then wrapped in Durasteel with hatches that can only be opened from the inside for replacement (as in, only reasonably accessible through the force).
It isn't, however, resistant against outside force powers and the electronics that time the injection periods can be destroyed by electrical attacks. Additionally, there is no defense of the use of lightsabers against the collar, and the refilling of the vials is a tedious process that requires the use of the force. A particularly resistant prisoner under the collar may hinder this process significantly if conscious. Also, in the initial applying of the Collar, it is fairly difficult as it is quite bulky, and is only built for humanoids, not considering various other creatures that the Inquisition might encounter.
