Force ghosts, suggestions?

So, awhile ago I asked if it were possible to learn Force walking. The answer was an affirmative so I started a thread and have worked on it slowly until I reached the point where this character has the head knowledge, but will need to practice.

I wanted some suggestions on where he might look on Korriban (or elsewhere) for practice, as he learned from a ancient tablet all he had is the method but no experience. Should I look for a ghost, or what?

This more or less a ritual rather than the act of simply enslaving Force Ghosts. I'm not sure where you'd get experience in this, it is more or less the sort of thing you don't exactly practice (like you wouldn't practice transfer essence) so much as do and hope for the best. There's only a few people on the board I can think of who would use this ability, of which I can only name [member="Darth Odium"] off the top of my head (it's kind of his thing, along with drain life).

Like [member="Braith"] said Force Walk cannot be practiced. Its one of those abilities that you can use successfully or your fail and risk death. Its a hard ability is learn and explain.

Keep the knowledge fresh in your head and search for a ghost. I NPC'ed my ghost and just finished my solo thread where I used force walk to get him. I recommend making NPC ghost and thread to bring him or her alive in story. Its alot of writing.

Don't get bogged down with it. Do a brief thread mention it often and write the drawbacks as much or more than the benefits and you're cool.
