The Coalition is founded on the tenets of free will, self-awareness, and exploration of the Force as a living construct. They trace their roots to the pivotal Jedi Knights and Masters of the Rebel Alliance, adopting a more freeform, pragmatic approach to traditional Force teachings and traditions. To the agents of the Forcer Coalition, the Force is ever flowing and must be studied in both theoretical and practical capacities to truly understand its will. By following the call of the Light Side, they hope to guide the people of the Outer Rim toward a better, brighter future.
The Force users of the Outer Rim are just as varied, wild, and free-spirited as the region from which they hail. From the household legends of the Jedi to the obscure Jensaarai Defenders, Light-siders have long been a strong presence in League space. The Forcer Coalition established a tradition of brotherhood and unity among these heroes and that tradition lives on through the Outer Rim's Forcer-users today. The Coalition is an organization of Light and Grey Force users who have sworn to uphold the tenets of the League and protect its people from the forces of the Dark Side. Together, they stand as a bulwark against the Sith Order and any other enemies of the Spacers League.

The Forcer Coalition is officially supported by the Spacers League, who find common ground in their mutual vision of an Outer Rim devoid of tyranny and suffering. The League recognizes the Coalition as the decisive Force authority in the Outer Rim. To this end, Forcers of the Coalition work in tandem with the League's various branches to rout out shadows of darkness wherever they may hide. Each member possesses a unique repertoire of strengths and skills that allow them to be an invaluable resource to the League's mission. They are afforded a great deal of personal freedom and judgement when it comes to operating against opposing forces, so long as the Coalition Code and the law of the League are upheld.
The Force-users of the Coalition do everything within their power to overcome lingering prejudices between their myriad Force traditions to come together when destiny calls for unity. Wherever it can, the Coalition aims to function as a supportive branch of League society rather than a detached entity. In times of strife, it offers its members as peacekeepers, first responders, and advisors. When matters of the Force arise, the Coalition's Circle of Elders provides wisdom and guidance to the League's leadership.
When not occupied with matters of the Force, Coalition members often find fulfillment in many sectors throughout League space. Lending their skills as investigators and scouts to the Rangers (Sentinels), supporting diplomatic endeavors of League Councilors (Consulars), or fighting alongside local militias (Guardians) are among many escapades enjoyed by the Jedi when they are called upon by the League. However, not all Coalition Forcers find their calling among the rank and file of their allies. Others prefer to enjoy a peaceful distance from duty in the form of civilian pursuits, finding satisfaction in the simpler avenues of propriety, art, and trades. Many enlist in the League's Outer Rim Development Corps (ORDC) or the fly alongside the Spacer fleets, aiding in their efforts to stabilize the Outer Rim Territories.

While peacekeepers by virtue of convention, the Forcer Coalition recognizes the necessity for action in a region as turbulent as the Outer Rim. Slavers steal citizens from their homes, pirates dismantle local economies, and the ever-growing presence of the Sith threatens the very existence of Light-Side communities. These opposing forces are met swiftly and sternly by the Coalition, who will stop at nothing to ensure a safe and hospitable Outer Rim for the Coalition and the League alike.
Coalition agents are called upon to be trailblazers, pathfinders, and wayfarers. They are motivated by the preservation of not only themselves and their own spiritual identity, but the continuance of all walks of Light in the Outer Rim. Open-mindedness and a desire to share knowledge has earned the Coalition many strong allies among various sects of Force users, with whom they have forged a strong bond of brotherhood. It is not uncommon to find Jensaarai, Wardens, Jedi, and Pilgrims among the Coalition's numbers. The challenges faced by the League and Coalition are ever-changing and take on many sinister forms, but the Forcers find immense strength in the unique experiences that each of their members bring to the table.
In all their endeavors, the Coalition members seek to protect the freedoms and autonomy of the people. They actively work to establish footholds throughout the Rim, bastions of hope that are welcome to all who need them. These outposts may serve as trading hubs for the Spacers League, villages and settlements for the people, safe waypoints for travelers, and even Jedi enclaves. In doing so, the Forcers hope to make lasting connections with the people of the Outer Rim and instill mutual trust between the order and those who come to rely on their aid.

To the Coalition, the ultimate measure of success is creating a safe haven where future generations of Forcer users can not only survive, but flourish. The brightest future for the Coalition is one in which Force-sensitives are at harmony with the Force, with themselves, and with the free people of the Outer Rim. It is their goal to establish a network of enclaves, sacred sites, and Force nexuses where their members can live and grow freely. The central hub of the Coalition is the Sevarcos enclave, with sister settlements on Susevfi and Svivren.
Their vision begins with the younglings and Padawans of the Coalition, who are trained under a fluid tradition of Light Side practices that were first established by Master Luke Skywalker centuries ago. An emphasis on flexibility, interconnectedness, and tolerance are the basis of Coalition beliefs. Padawans are instilled with an understanding of the living Force and learn how it flows through all living things. Their studies often take them to various worlds within the Coalition's network, offering insight and lived experiences for young Jedi. By instilling each generation of learners who pass through their enclaves with these precious tenets, the Forcers hope to grow a thriving community of Force users who can find peace, acceptance, and fulfillment in the Outer Rim Territories. For only together can the Jedi hope to accomplish their mission: To preserve the past, protect the present, and prepare for the future.

FORCER RANKS
Coalition Jedi follow a familiar rank hierarchy to their allies in the Core, with a few exceptions of Jensaarai influence. Ranks and titles can be used interchangeably, depending on each member's personal preference and Force tradition. Below is the Coalition's rank structure:

After completing the Trials of the Whills and ascending to the rank of Knight, Coalition Forcers can choose a tradition to specialize in, honing their craft and defining their roles in the order. The specializations include:
