Speeding Bullet: The Lancer Mk II is incredibly fast, making it hard to catch, and harder to shoot down.
Bob and Weave: This speeder is surprisingly easy to maneuver, able to make sharp turns at high speeds.
One Shot:Though it isn't without armor, the stripped down, minimalist nature of the Lancer makes it more vulnerable than the average speeder bike.
Experience Needed:The Lancer Mk II is fast and agile, but to such a degree that it can't just be piloted by anyone. A less experienced pilot will likely crash within seconds.
Shock troops are a staple of warfare. In an effort to optimize such units, the Ashlan Crusade began looking into new ways to develop this aspect of their military. Eventually, they decided that the answer resided in the use of speeder bikes. Orders were swiftly sent to the WorkForce to develop such a vehicle, and thus the work began. The geniuses within the developmental arm of the WorkForce, ForceTech, began to look at existing models of speeder bikes, trying to find the right base design. They eventually stumbled upon an incredibly old model, the Lancer. ForceTech began buying old, broken models with the intention of refurbishing and modifying them for modern use. They opted for a more minimalist design, stripping away any unnecessary parts in an effort to increase the speed of the Lancer. Once the prototypes proved successful, the WorkForce began manufacturing their own updated version of the old model, thus creating the Mk II.
