Form 7: Vapaad

Hello all. Some of you might remember me as a member of the One Sith, but as Krayzen has undergone a massive change ICLy, he needs to adapt to new challenges my changing his skillset. I therefore am looking for someone who uses the Vapaad Form to teach it to Krayzen. Any takers?

sure though vaapad isn't a skill many would just teach. The jedi master would want to know why they want to learn it and what makes them think they can handle it. The form and mindset isn't made for everyone and more rate of them going darkside.

i believe in canon you must master all other forms before anyone even will teach you this/Juya. usually masters learn this or knights later in their careers as it require control of you're emotions to avoid them sending oyu into a rage.

You could consider Krayzen in the later stage of his 'Knight' career. I did previous rps in my old character sheet, but I wanted to start a new one b/c I've been gone for months, and I don't want to look for the old rps that I did when Krayzen was a Knight.

Seems a waste in my opinion to learn Vaapad so quickly. There is less than 5 practitioners of Vaapad and only Windu Mastered it. It has been my experience if you learn something too fast and too early you don't appreciate it. Take the Force for example, you see people on this board tearing down buildings and doing these ungodly feet when in canon Yoda himself had to really focus to slowly lift an X-Wing.

My point I believe is if you want Vaapad, build to it. Don't just find someone to train you, earn it. Build your character even more and become known as a master of the other forms. Let your character keep learning the line between light and dark and how to stay in the light and thus when it comes time to learn Vaapad it will all be natural and when you learn Vaapad people will respect you more and you will have a much better foundation to write it.

If there is a shread of the Dark Side, Vaapad won't work and will just be Juyo.

And then you had Windu who took down an army of battle droids and a massive tank while fighting bare-handed for most of the battle.

Each person plays their character differently. If things get out of hand, they'll be reported and staff can step in if need be.

That said, it's good to know that there are so few player characters who know Vaapad. It's something that can be worked on expanding.

Apologize, I meant no offense. I just see a lot of people, not here as I am still new so I haven't seen much, that get a high level power or ability early then must keep building higher and higher til they become gods. Not all are like that ether,

My main point was not to rush things, but to take the time to enjoy writing the build up to the story. The writer has a lot of posts already, but I have seen characters with 10000 posts on here and they still keep things fresh. Maybe my words are out of place, only want to be helpful and give my thoughts.

[member="Lynn Corerunner"] Yoda specifically learned differently to mace so ability to quickly do massive force powers of scale depends on the user. But I agree there's reasons Vaapad is rare it's something Sora Bulk learned too and it lead him to the dark side. It's dangerous and rarely is it taught because of this.
