As part of the expansion of both SularenCo and the secretive Politorate the Hidden Leader of the Sularen Association , Marlon Sularen ordered himself the development of a top-secret research facility to be built on the former site of a Major Manufacturing Center of the Seinar Fleet Systems. This process was overseen by SularenCo's COO , Kitrep Drayson who ensured that the former Facilities were carefully disassembled and moved to another part of the world of Wakeelmui where these collections of Facilities would be hidden by the dense forests of the planet.
Now with the various Facilities that make up Research Station L9 completed , the Politorate and SularenCo have begun to make plans to work their top secret projects there maintaining a considerable presence there as the Cold War between the Galactic Alliance and New Imperial Order rage on.
