When I’m dead, just throw me in the trash
Born on Mandalore of Clan Dove, Frank Dove was raised to be a Mandalorian from the moment he could walk. Clan Dove purpose was to protect the peace, no matter the cost, which Frank father instilled it to his son. His physique was very different compared to everyone else, but that didn't stop him from beating everyone who got in his way. Frank training was harsh and very spartan like, as he was trained no different to any Mandalorian despite his weird physique. Frank was not only able to keep up with the training, but he was also able to be better than the other Mandalorian his age, be it physically or mentally. He used his small physique to his advantage, not letting it halt him and overcoming his path to become a Mandalorian easily. Not long after Frank became a fully pledge Mandalorian, as he then set off to make something of himself and protect the peace by force if he needs to.
For the first 10 years of his life, he did as what he was taught to by his Clan, protect the peace. He went on raids against crime syndicate, even against Jedi and Sith who he consider to be one of the cause for the chaos that is happening in the galaxy. Frank had was caught, tortured and even put into prison by different factions, but he managed to escape them all either. He made a name for himself for being a ruthless and maniacal Mandalorian who wreak havoc to anyone that disrupt the peace of the galaxy, as he was given a bounty on his head by almost every factions. He didn't draw a line when it comes to keeping the peace and fighting his enemies, as that is what made him so effective and dangerous. His recklessness and impulsiveness on mission had almost cost him his live, a lot of times, diving head first or ditching his own plan he made.
As he grew into his mid thirties, he began to slow down on his mission to protect the peace, as he sees his efforts is fruitless as chaos and war will always happen. This led him to lessen his activities on keeping the peace, as he begun to find other hobbies that became a new addiction to him. Frank began all sort gambling, from casino, races, gladiator pits, and even kids sports matches. He not only found something he could do and be good at, other than protecting the peace, but one that he find that is not a dead end. His gambling earned him a hefty amount of money, which made him ventured into business due to friends he made that introduced it to him. He ventured into all kinds of business, doing investment and trading that made him quite rich. One of his greatest business venture, was selling weapons which he either got it legal or illegally by stealing scamming and even fraud.
His new lifestyle also made turn him into someone who enjoy spending money and having fun with it, as alcohol became quite a thing for him. But even though he likes alcohol, he does not like to overdo it, as he was slurring his words and nearly passing out after 21 beers. Frank also went into using drugs, as he made a habit to trip on LSD, where he has manifested traumatising experiences being trapped in the bathrooms of recreational vehicles. He delve deeper into this new lifestyle that he enjoy doing leads him to lessen his life as a Mandalorian, as when he continue to grow older he rarely does it anymore. Due to his overall changes, he cut ties with his Clan as he knew they would not approve of the new him, creating new ties that he feels would suit the new him more. Once he was in his senior years, he let himself lose all convictions and live with no moral compass or decency. Doing whatever he wants, be it gambling, business venture or just back to protecting the peace, he will do them all as long as it is fun and to recapture his youth as he does not want to be old. And with his garnered wealth, he is now rich enough to hire someone to do jobs for him rather doing it himself unlike when he was younger.

Frank styles himself a master manipulator and frequently takes the lead when he is with a group. It's quickly obvious that he often makes horrible decisions and is not as sharp and current as he should be. Frank wants to stay young, even though he will grow older, so he act and tries to make him self be (feel) young. Frank is egotistical, diabolical, and maniacal, as he enjoy doing what he wants to do whilst protecting the peace ever since he was younger. Though he mellowed a bit when he grew older, the obsession with peace that is, as all he care now that his older is protecting his own peace. A loose cannon, as Frank is a low-morals man-child with a shady past going through a midlife crisis. He is very hard to pin down. Frank knows how to plan a good con, though, and often takes the lead role in planning their hustles. Frank is a severe compulsive gambler, whether it's playing cards or betting on whether or not he's right in an argument, Frank will put his money where his mouth is. The greater the risk, the more exhilarating the bet, such as when he excitedly searches for a knife during a card game, yelling, "These guys are maniacs! They want to start betting fingers!". Frank always bring his piece, the Mark XXX - Justice magnum he owned ever since he could use a gun and then started protecting the peace with it.
