Pacing across the length of his workshop, Sebastian muttered calculations to himself with his index finger held between his teeth. While Daro worked at the table in the center of the room, the other engineer stopped every so often to write in the notebook he continuously carried under his arm. Pausing and standing upright to look at the ceiling, Bas refined the programming in his head and clicked his pen to note the figures.

On the table were the compartments of an analyst droid, a project which Bas had recently begun with the assistance of Daro. The older mercenary had agreed to swing by and give the engineer, who had only settled in the Outer Rim a few weeks ago, some advice on the practical skills applied to constructing technology.

"I'm deducing gaps in the code, once the compartments are all in place we can begin programming this guy." Speaking to Daro, Bas walked over to the table and sat down on the opposite side. He placed his notebook down and picked up a cell which needed to be wired correctly.

Along the shelves surrounding the room where miniature droids which Bas had built himself. A maintenance droid beeped away on the floor as he cleaned up the mess of wires and parts Bas had left behind. Huddling under his bomber jacket, he pulled his goggles over his eyes and plugged his soldering iron into a power unit resting on the table.

The gentle hiss of the soldering iron drowned out the bleeps of the maintenance unit as Bas fused the wires in place. Pushing aside the years of calculus and theoretical science he had poured over, he listened to the advice of the older mechanic who possessed more hands on experience. Crimping the ends of the wires which powered the cell, he connected the ends with the component already in place.

"How's my wiring looking?" Creasing his brow, Sebastian purveyed his own work with a myriad of opinions. He held up the cell for Daro to take a closer look and pushed the goggles onto his forehead.
