From Whom The Spell Tolls (Self Training)

After all that had occurred during the Invasion of Empress Teta Anastasia realized just how much she still had to learn. The young woman had a whole book of spells at her finger tips yet the thought to try to learn them on her own never occurred to her. She felt however that now it was time to do just that. She wished to be a stronger, better, person whom could help protect the clan she loved so much.

The plan was to start off small and grow from there. If she could learn the basics of certain spells the sky honestly was the limit. All she needed to do was believe in herself and the gifts that she had been given. Anything was possible with the Force.

During her short time here on this galaxy she had witnessed a great many evils but at the same time saw the good in things. If others could do so much evil with their gifts there was nothing stopping her from doing good with her's. Help wipe the Sith out of this galaxy.

Picking her book up off of the shelf she plopped down with it on her gray couch. The first task that she needed to complete was actually figuring out what she wished to learn first. There was so much magic at her finger tips it was quite overwhelming as she wished to learn it all.

Flipping though she saw spells on such things as healing, fire, ice, blood trails and mind control. The latter of course was for more advance witches but she could certainly try the others. It may not be a big display of fire or ice however it would be a good start. The healing would be good as well seeing how much they all get hurt.

One spell that caught the young witches eye was the art of healing. Her family was always getting themselves hurt and this spell could help her help them more. She knew of course that she would be very weak at it to begin with however it would be a start. The only trouble that she was nothing to try it out on. She could prick herself and use herself as a test dummy however she wouldn't. She had her reasons.

The thought of going to one of the local clinics and lending a hand also popped into her mind. They could always use help and she could practice. Anastasia decided that she would do that but first there were other spells she wished to try.

The idea of being able to create fire and ice interested her as well. She believed that those abilities would in the future assist her.

Another flip of the page showed a spell which would allow the user the ability to create fire. She knew her older brother to have a flamethrower but if she could make that all on her own it would be really something. The page next to it showed a spell for ice which looked interesting as well. Anastasia decided to start at that point than and move forward.

There were so many spells that it was hard to decide what to learn and when but she found for the moment these three would do. She could learn more in time once she mastered these spells. The last thing that she wanted was to learn a bunch of spells and only know a little of each. She ought to have a specialty surrounded by other spells that complimented it. Once she had a few spells under her belt she would decide what she wished to focus on.

Currently the young witch knew how to move objects and sense up coming weather patterns. There was so many other spells which she had read about during those sleepless nights. Getting up she set her book on the table before walking off to gather up supplies she would need for spell practicing.

It wasn't long till she came back carrying a candle as well as a cup of water. She would be starting off small and working her way up. If she could master these tasks than the young witch would move her way on to something bigger. First she wanted to see what she could do with what she already knew. Azrael always had told her to build upon what she already knew. Even though that applied to weapon training she believed it held true here as well. The simple spells she knew and could learn here today could be grown upon.

The telekinesis spell that she had been taught could do more than just move stones and rocks. She could use it on anything and while she was unable to move extremely heavy things at the moment water was not one of them. Water was something she could work with and learn to manipulate. The same could be said with fire. First both would already need to be present for her to work with but soon she would learn how to create them both. It was a more advance spell for her so for now she would master this.

Anastasia knew she would have no difficulty finding either one as she could carry such items with her on her armor which she had been having the toughest time building. Spells though, she could handle that very well indeed.

Focusing on the cup she imagined the water leaving the glass and landing softly in the bowl next to it as she said the spell. "Dai poteri delle streghe prima di me, mi viene il potere sugli oggetti, mi il potere di muoversi come vedo in forma!" Afterwards she happily watched as the water did just as she wished.

Since her first test was a success she decided to try something harder and have the water levitate in the air above the bowl for a few minutes spinning in a slow circle before setting back down. Water and fire would work the same she figured however it was less deadly to try these thing with water.
