It had been some more time and as he laid there now relaxing on this resort world well it was a Silver Jedi world but it was a vacation compared to some of th things he had seen. With the attack on Zeltros and the bizarre tactics he had seen, republic ships firing on the spaceport, on the palace. There were large sithspawn but when you hit and destroy more of a location then the monster might be time to stop or just simply them running around the streets. He had needed to get off the planet and grudgingly found nothing for those displaced the Republic brushing anyone off so he went where he knew he could find a warm bed for him and his wife... The Silver jedi and their glittering jem of a system on Shri-Tal and Asobi... so many mysteries that he was rather attracted to it all laying there. "Morning." He stretched and

Leori was laying on her side with her back against Jack. It was the most comfortable position that she could find lately with all the changes occurring within her body. She hadn’t been asleep, and was well aware that he had regained consciousness. His sleep was not exactly peaceful with the events of late. But, luckily for him, she didn’t need to sleep and could keep his mind and body relaxed enough that he could rest.

She turned over onto her other side and draped an arm over his chest. “Morning. Did you sleep well?” Leori inquired, though she already knew the answer. His body seemed much cooler than her own, but that wouldn’t last long.

He stretched seeing her and gave a nod of his head. "Yes I did." He was rather enjoying all of it while he laid there and slowly rose leaning over just a bit. "So do you need anything to eat?" He was going to be getting up anyway and helping her out was a given as he sat there for a moment. getting up and pulling the covers over so she was warm. A robe for himself and he stretched again getting several pops of his back and shoulders.

Leori was pleased. Her efforts were not wasted then. He mentioned food as he got out of bed. She could eat. In fact, she could eat a lot. “Well if you’re getting up anyway, yes.” She smirked. He was already up and offered. Sold.

He pulled the covers up over her, and as soon as he left, she flung them off. The Jedi Master already felt like she was a thousand degrees. Rolling onto her back, she dropped her chin to examine her belly. It was starting to round, but she was thin. On other women, it would have taken more time. She drummed her finger tips on it then got up to relieve herself and clean herself up since she was practically sweating.

He moved off into the kitchen and was a buzz getting the food and making it as they had fruit and everything needed. He was making a platter while some tea and caf for himself was off warming up. The few messages were there but nothing pressing and nothing they needed to worry about as he finished making it and as the warm food was steaming he carried the platter in offering a small grin at seeing the covers off. "Well you are quite a sight and here you go, everything needed for a good day."

Leori chuckled as she came out of the refresher to the smells of food. “You know, I would have come to the food….” But again, it’s not like she was going to make him take it away. She hopped back onto the bed and took the tray eagerly.

Her eyes scanned the contents before selecting the first victim…er morsel to go in her mouth. It wasn’t until she’d half chewed it that she thought to ask if he wanted any. So she just picked up a piece and levitated it to just a few inches from his face where it would linger until he grabbed or bit it.

And she kept eating happily.

He looked at her and bit the food gently while speaking after a moment. "Well if I knew it was that easy I would have put some of the food near the bed." He raised his eyebrows thanks to her words and enjoyed it but... "But you deserve to be pampered and given the galaxy. Never know what might come from it and with everything I am shaking up wiht you now. Some food in the least I can do in your Orders home. At least until our house on Zeltros is rebuilt."

Leori turned to face him, still munching. “About that. As much as I have enjoyed the solitude here and on Zeltros, I know that very soon change is coming.” It was a serious conversation, so she put the food down to devote her full attention to it. “I think that we’ll have to travel coreward again.” She was certain that he knew what she meant. The Republic was falling apart. “Are you okay with that?”

"Where you go I'll go but I have to say... the Republic is not the place I remember. They are petty and not something I would want to be involved with unless I have to. I'd prefer just returning to Zeltros to help rebuild after the damage from the republic army marching on the world. Something that has never happened, zeltros defenses have always been their atmosphere and talents. A standing republic army attracted the sith presence and cause more destruction then a fight could have. Why do you want to return?"

Leori listened to his words. He was much more up to date with the goings on in the galaxy. And since he’d previously been a politician for the Republic, she didn’t doubt his words. However, the Force suggested that she needed to return, no matter the state. When he inquired as to her reasoning, she could only sigh.

“It is the will of the Force. I will return to the Jedi and assess the situation. I will make no promises or commitments to any government, as I am a Jedi and not a politician.”

He looked at her and gave a nod of his head to that... he was glad more that she wasn't just going to jump back into being part of something. Her happiness was important but he also knew the danger he could pose to her if that regard. "I have faith in you above all else, the force is there but you know what is best for you and I can only hope I am a continued part of that." He held a small smile on his face with it and stretched out. "Though I am going to miss this planet, the Silver Jedi know their stuff and those places on Shri-Tal are wonderful."

Leori smiled. She knew that he would understand. “I will miss it here too, but I am needed elsewhere. We can return of course, but for now, we must go.” We, was specifically inflicted in tone to indicate that she was not in fact leaving him behind. “The Silver Jedi will always be our friends. No matter where we live, we share the same views, at least in part.” Not every Jedi had the same beliefs, or methods, just like every other being in the galaxy. They were still beings after all, with or without the ability to manipulate the Force.

He gave a nod and didn't plan t stay behind.. He might not agree but he wasn't one to sulk or leave others behind as a small smile showed on his face. "All I can hope is we'll find a nice little place that is worth it. Somewhere with a big bed and large fridge... walk in fresher with lots of mirrors." He groaned a little stretching and relaxing back on the bed. "So when do you plan to leave?"

Leori could tell that he was disappointed, but she knew that he would get over it quickly, since they would be too busy to pout. “We can find a place like that anywhere, or build it. Worry not, dear.” She smiled back. “We aren’t leaving today, in any case. But by the end of the week I think. In the mean time, we should finish our vacation in style.”

She continued to eat and chat. “So, what about you? What do you intend to do while I’m working? Will you go back into politics?” Somehow she suspected not, which was fine with her. After all, things were very different for him now. His lifestyle had slowed significantly.

"No politics in the Republic from what I have seen are very very different from when I started. Even the military is very different and I do not want to get dragged into that. The only ones I trust are gone, Hanna and Yusan called all manner of things because they chose something other then what everyone else wanted or demanded they choose. I think I'll live off of what I have and stay at home for you to have something. The life of a jedi is always changing after all."

Leori was sad to hear that Jack trusted so few people in the galaxy. She didn’t show that however, and merely nodded. “It absolutely is. Plus, I’m sure you’ll have someone to play with.” The Jedi Master snickered. Chancellor McSlutty at home with a Jedi’s baby was amusing. “Perhaps change will be good for you.”

She on the other hand had been rolling with change for the majority of her life and career. “Have you been to Ossus lately? I haven’t been to my homeworld in many years, perhaps that’s where we should go first.” It was likely that the Jedi Temple had been restored there and that was an ideal place for her to make her return.

"Not since Daella turned sith, something I wasn't expecting and then Selena but given how she got treated after choosing to go after the sith and stop their reign of terror I am not surprised. Taking everything from someone and casting them out she had no where else to go in the end." He wasn't to sure about it but going to Ossus wouldn't be such a bad thing it was nice there and who knew they might find something enjoyable.

Leori listened as he spoke of events that happened even before she had returned to the Jedi Order the first time. She’d heard whispers of it, but nothing more than that. It wasn’t exactly a topic that the other Jedi fixated on. Most simply rolled with the punches, like she did.

“Alright, it’s settled then. That’s where we’ll go when we leave.” She reached for some more snacks and found that she’d eaten most of them already. And she was still hungry. It wouldn’t be long until she polished off the tray. “So, what are we doing today?” she inquired.

"Whatever you would like to do." He wasn't rushing, he had been lazy and there was only so much to do on worlds like this... Well there was explore the moons od Cazador which there was a theme park on one a crazy old man set up... That could be a fun place to go while he grabbed some of the travel brouchures from the stand for the places the planet had dedicated to tourism.

Leori laughed. “You’re supposed to be the tour guide,” she commented as he went about collecting the brochures he’d acquired. “I’m along for the ride, with you, remember?” She rolled herself over to peek around him at the brochures.
