The have sharp claws for defending themselves, as well as sharp teeth and long fangs to rip into their prey. They are, however, larger than the original mammal they were bred from, and are also sapient. Their fur patterns vary from paulo to paulo, though direct family members tend to have very similar patterns with very little variation.[/SIZE]

They have sharp claws, and larger than average fangs. They are considered fully matured after 18 months, after which they are able to mate. Aging Fures Paulo tend to become slower in movement, and their fur turns either gray, or even white, and their eyes glaze over as they become progressively blind. [/SIZE]

All other Sith and other Force Users are treated with various levels of disdain, depending on the Fures Paulo. These Force Users are generally treated as pretenders, and false gods that can be easily defeated by technology.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]General behavior[/SIZE][SIZE=9pt]: The Fures Paulo are, instinctually, thieves. Originally created to be servants for their Sith creator to steal technology for her, despite her being long dead they live to steal the technology of others. Once stolen, this technology is hoarded for later use by them. They tend to live on ships as nomads, in crews of anywhere from 15-20 Fures Paulo. These crews can also include members of other species, particularly those with opposable thumbs. Fures Paulo crews are treated as family, no matter if they are actually related or not. Crews can either be independent, or part of a small fleet, and all crews have an absolute ban on Force Users, even Sith. Fures Paulo mate for life, and mate once a year for almost 15 years, which is the end of the female fertility cycle. This results in litters ranging in size from 2-5 kits. From birth to maturity, kits are taught by their crew on how to work technology, and use it to their benefit.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]Fures Paulo were genetically modified by a young, prodigious, Sith scientist shortly before the Gulag Plague devastated the galaxy. Selective evolution, combined with Vong biot experimentation, eventually accumulated in the final experiments that the Sith dubbed the Fures Paulo. These experiments took her over 60 years to succeed, and the Sith lived in isolation in the Wild Space region of the galaxy, on a planet lost to history. The first successfully bred Fures Paulo were like infants, full of potential and promise, in the eyes of their creator. She instilled a love of technology in them, intent on using her “children” to steal from her enemies once they were skilled enough at stealth, theft, and slicing. Once enough Fures Paulos were matured, the Sith formed a crew to send out to the galaxy both for technology, and galactic news.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]This crew miraculously was able to avoid catching the plague, and succeeded in bringing home many crates of stolen technology, as well as news of the plague. This news frustrated the Sith, as she had to be extremely careful now in order to keep both herself, and her children alive. Over the next 40 years, the Sith used both technology, and Sith magics to extend her life span, while also being selective in missions for the crews. Eventually, however, the Sith’s twilight years crept ever closer. In her dying days, she urged her children to survive, and become her legacy to the galaxy.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=9pt]For the next 300 years, the Fures Paulo survived by stealing technology, food, and learning. They lost many crews to the Gulag Plague, but they persevered and lived on, wreaking havoc on the still recovering galaxy. Rumors are abound that there are crews bonding together to create a fleet, though their hit and run tactics make confirmation of these rumors difficult. One can only hope that these rumors are false...[/SIZE]
