Initially this was a small project intended to aide her in her own endeavors across the galaxy, however quickly became a profitable business prospect. Upon reaching profit targets the corporation began to expand into arms and armor manufacturing, while opening two additional locations in nearby space.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]Description[/SIZE][SIZE=10.5pt]: G.E.A.R. specializes in the design and manufacturing of high end technology, including but not limited to covert and espionage equipment, combat safety devices such as personal shields, and emergency support systems. Other technology includes radio scanners and jammers, secure HoloTerminal development and design, and medical equipment manufacturing. Development for these products are located at the company's headquarters in Umbara. Much of the company's resources come directly from the Umbaran government as grants for employing a strictly Umbaran workforce, which in turn reduces both production and exportation costs for G.E.A.R. Furthermore, the Umbaran government contracts the corporation as part of their planetary defense force, granting them additional funding through their military to produce and supply them with sponsored technology projects. The Umbaran division focus is primarily the new arms and armor divisions of GEAR, while the second branch of the corporation is located on Phindar. This location produces automatons for both personal and military use. These various droids are capable of simple linguistics, household duties, personal protection, or full-scale war. Varying models can be produced, or custom orders upon request. The facility on Coruscant will become responsible for all personal tech manufacturing and development, while the Foundry location is designated for all classified R&D within GEAR.[/SIZE]
