SPECIAL FEATURES
- The Glass Shatters: Integrated Loudspeakers allow the troops within the Bear to blast either orders of surrender, or intimidation music for the flashy.
- Nascar Baby!: Integrated into the Bear is a roll cage that allows the drop pod to withstand a poorly aimed drops
- You Can’t See Me: Smoke Screen can be deployed in a ring from the top of the pod
- What's in the Box?: The Bear comes in two models. The first is meant for general use, holding more troops, but having less room for supplies and weapons. The second holds a smaller troops size, but has more cargo space so that commando units may have more supplies or weapon choices.
- V.E.S.S.: In the center of every Bear is a dedicated V.E.S.S. Hub where soldiers may lad the AI onto any V.E.S.S. chips they might have
- Chauffeur included: The V.E.S.S. ai is also capable of piloting the Bear back to its original location.
STRENGTHS
- Swivel Fire: Mounted to each hatch is a Boar Blaster Cannon, allowing troopers inside to fire out on encroaching enemies.
- Like a Stone: On top of the mounted loudspeakers, the Bear dropping out of orbit comes with an accompanying sonic boom, and a thud that would scare anyone unassuming.
- Badass Deployment Box: The Bear has a thick plating of Seigurium and Impervium, allowing it to shrug off basically any immediate hit outside of heavy anti-armor.
- Precious Cargo: With its shielded door ways and smoke screen deployment, the Bear was designed to protect its passengers even as they exit the vehicle.
- Party Box: The Bear is capable of holding approximately two squads of men, making it a quick way to deploy troops to the battlefield.
WEAKNESSES
- Definitely Not a Tank: The Bear is designed to throw itself into a combat zone with reckless abandon. While it has heavy anti-infantry capability, an uninformed drop into a zone with enemy armor would be ill-advised.
- The S Word: The Bear, as opposed to it’s counterpart the Hyena, is a loud MFer who will announce it’s presence.
- In and Out: The Bear isn’t designed as a support vehicle. It’s going to get you into a combat zone, then leave you there.
- A Rock: Built with all the sturdiness of a granite boulder, the Bear also has all of its maneuverability.
DESCRIPTION
A co-production between the VSF and Si Tech, the Bear was designed with one purpose in mind. Get the baddest men in the GADF into a combat zone as fast as possible. A big bad box of doom for those on the other side of whatever war the GA is fighting, the Bear is 3 tons of pain waiting for deployment.
