SPECIAL FEATURES

• Lean Back: The Tri-Legged design allows the Nexu to aim it's main cannon far beyond direct line of sight. This allows the Nexu to function as both an artillery piece, and an Assault walker if needed.
• Fire Linked: Much like other vehicles of the GADF, all sensors and AR HUD uplinks are designed to be linked together with an uplink that allows the crew to not only see what everyone else in the cabin can see, but also see what ever other GADF vehicle on the battlefield can see.

STRENGTHS

• (In)Direct Fire Walker: The Nexu was designed with a very simple philosophy in mind. Take everything that worked in the past about the AT-AP, and upgrade it. The Walker is capable of acting as both an artillery walker, and an Assualt Walker in conjunction with the GADF's established walkers.
• Multi-Gunned System: The Nexu is designed to have it's several guns work in conjunction. The Thunderer Turbolaser designed to a sledgehammer on a target area, before the Mass Driver and Blaster Cannon act as scalpels in the now leveled terrain.
• Crunchies: The Nexu is large, and heavy. It's perfectly capable of crushing not only infantry, but vehicles under it's feet.
• Surprisingly Fast: The Nexu, unlike walkers of the past, is actually capable of keeping up with the Tigers and Tanks of the GADF.

WEAKNESSES

• Walker Problems: The Nexu, much like other walkers, has legs. Those legs can be destroyed. No more walker.
• Aiming Issues: The Nexu, much like the AT-AP of the past, has a problem with aiming it's main gun, as it requires turning the entire cabin to do so. Precision is not the Nexu's strongsuit when it comes to it's main armament.

DESCRIPTION
Designed as a supplement to the GADF's main set of walkers, the Nexu was inspired by and designed by the GADF's head scientist to act as an assault gun against Imperial and Sith armor. With the Sphinx too slow as a direct assault walker, the Nexu was designed as a way to allow the men to have a sledgehammer against enemy formations, without requiring the heavy firepower of the massive command walkers.
