Galaar Spicebrew, or Sætur Eldur ("Sweet Fire" in Runian) is an alcoholic drink brewed by the Valkyri Mandalorians of Clan Galaar. One of Jiriad Galaar's first experiences of Mandalorian culture was their alcohol, specifically ne'tra gal, back when he was still Skjor of the Snjóhaukur clan. During his fateful meeting with the three mando'ade in a meadhall on Midvinter the warriors shared their sweet ale with him and the two warriors he was traveling with, and he quickly found himself a fan of the drink. After settling down on Krownest, Jiriad began experimenting with combining stout Midvinter ale with other ingredients from around the galaxy, in the effort to craft a drink that was truly unique to Clan Galaar.
Jiriad finally found his winning combination after joining the Enclave on Kestri, combining Midvinter milk stout with cortyg brandy (a very strong brandy from Kashyyyk imbibed by Wookiees) and a healthy dose of zwil, a culinary spice tasting of vanilla and cinnamon, to create a spicebrew that has very strong tastes of both sweetness and spice, delivering that hetikles that Mandalorians desire. The Clan now brews Sætur Eldur regularly, and are quite eager to share it with visitors to the clan's mountaintop home.
