Description

The Tenth Sector Armada was one of the main formations of the Navy under the Galactic Alliance that operated out of the Corsuca Sector and Dawnflower Command. It had been formed to protect the Core Worlds and incorporated Hapan and Chiss warships under the command of Supreme Commander Amelia von Sorenn. It represents the unity that the Alliance has achieved and is comprised of the three largest cultural blocs of the Alliance at this time. The majority of starships within the Tenth Sector Armadat are known to bear the emblem of the Dawnflower Star, a Diathim with flaming wings.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The Galactic Alliance Tenth Sector Armada was established in response to the perceived Invasion of the Core World of Coruscant by a resurgent Brotherhood of the Maw known as the 'Dark Empire' after it had Invaded the Tython and Empress Teta Systems of the Deep Core. The Sector Armada represents the larger cultural blocs of the Galactic Alliance and was created through the incorporation of Chiss and Hapan Fleets into the Galactic Alliance Defense Force. Organized under Dawnflower Command located on Coruscant, the Armada has been gathering its forces and biding its time as the Alliance prepares Coruscant to withstand the coming Invasion.
