Galactic Alliance Planet Grades

Hello All,

I was wondering if it would be possible to put in development to upgrade the defense classification of a planet we run?

Specifically for me, can I develop some more defenses and upgrade to a higher defense grade for Eriadu?

The defense grade depends on the importance to the Alliance. So if you develop your planet into something really crucial and important to the faction, the grade could be raised. If the planet is found to need better defense, the military grade is raised and more defenses are moved to the world.
