Description: Over immense amounts of time, being the absolute bottom of a food chain that included severely super fast creatures, amongst dozens of others. The species had managed through time to turn their claws from herbivorous means of hanging from trees, to being razor tipped points able to gash through meat and bone with the best of em, they became knowledgeable of their tails and uses for it. But lastly, they began to see the potential uses of the eggs in which they were born, that somehow hardened over the years of their lives.
Then came the species interaction with Force artifacts of unknown origins, uses, or makers. Never did they use the items, not even worship them, simply kept them close at hand. What happened next is likely a result of this: a Velocitrecka happened to try using their Gearon as a means to roll around. Slowly but surely though, they began to notice that evolution itself was occurring. Possibly driven by the Force, every new generation that used them seemed to be able roll on their Gearon that much faster.
Since then, the utter destruction of their home world, and consequent moving to another, has led them to using their Gearon as more than just a means of moving quickly. With them, they are able to excel in things such as farming, by means of intensely fast traveling down lanes in order to plant seeds. They can also move plows out decent speeds, run messages between townships that need messages to remain hidden.

Strengths:
- [ Mine! ] ~ Only Velocitrecka may use these, it is a species trait, one only they understand and understand how to work
- [ Faster, faster! ] ~ Much like if a person rolled a ball, these eggs roll beneath a Velocitrecka's feet, gripped on each side by one of their talons. Much like a roller skate, the more speed pushed into it the faster they go (it is not like an engine. They must accelerate themselves to move). With enough distance as a head start to reach the speeds, Velocitrecka have been seen reaching 160 kph (90 mph). This is likely a Force aided adaptation to outrun their main predator for several millennia, Altagak
Weaknesses:
- [ Stopping ] ~ Stopping while moving faster than minimal degrees is highly dangerous, considering their main fashion to do so is turning to the side and leaning into the skid. Should they move to fast and attempt to stop abruptly in the latter speeds, being thrown from their footing is highly likely, and this in itself is fatal
- [ Friction, what even is? ] ~ Without friction, major speeds cannot be reached. This includes zones such as zero g, sand, and certain heavily smoothed metals (the latter two can be moved on, but requires much more effort to get fast) and others of like nature
- [ Turn, NOW! ] ~ If the user of these does not have full access to their tail, they will find steering is damaged. Without their tail, they simply can't turn. Straight ahead is the direction they're going
- [ Dependent ] ~ These act as forms of self respect for the species, without them one can expect to be treated horrendously by others, and even worse internally
- [ No weapons here! ] ~ These are not weapons, and unless being used for speed, they are hardly more durable then plain durasteel. When speeding, bumping over items, jumping and landing on them does minimal
