I'm travelling (have been for a couple of months now) so will give this some serious thought and post ideas when I get the opportunity to.

Matsu has spent a considerable amount of time on Rhen var since before the netherworld event reconstructing the temple and cleaning out tombs. Currently her and her one padawan have been putting the finishing touches on a massive map room using the saratai droids and one of her research testing labs for the force tech that has been developed by Sasori. She also has the towers set up with the crystal looms and spindles to convert the solari crystals they can get into lightside weave of crystal with larger force crystal into the jarna stone able to be kept in the walls to give it a level of protection from darksiders as the lightside aura can make them recoil. Jarna stone is one of the strongest building materials same with the tungstoid blaster doors she and her padawans built into the citadel over the last year.

as for other things there are the tombs that have been cleared out and explored along with a trials chamber where Matsu got the robes of the qel-droma family by talking with ulin.

That is good to know, but we are not here to treasure hunt or do that sort of thing. With respect Matsu does not own the Citadel and if she has taken everything from it so be it. But we are here to make it a home for the Silver Watch and establish it as such. If the members wish to explore it and such they are welcome to.

This is primarily for training of Knights and Padawans, without masters and something fun and different for that purpose, there will be missions and factions threads along side this and the odd skirmish etc. Padawans that have masters can still do their official training under them, it place does not remove that relationship.

I never implied she owned it but she has been in threads working to rebuild it, to construct and gather what information they could about the tombs across the planet. To study the properties of the crystal and use the frozen wastes as a place to test what they have been developed in research labs. Nothing has been taken but everything has been added, the same systems she added to her lab at the Aoi temple while she continued to learn new things. You said one of the goals was to re-establish the citadel alright, then use the work that has been done as well as anything else that can be done.

As I said it is good to know what she has done in the past and Matsu is welcome to continue that work. However, this is separate from all that. And with your information now, we don't need to re-establish the place, but we need to establish it a base for Silver Watch.

We could do with a nice pic for the courtyard?

The fun is in the establishment of a place as well as the other stuff to come shortly, and I would like all members to have a say and take ownership of the faction.

I'm not seeing a whole lot of snowy courtyards, not ones that aren't Sithy or Middle Ages-looking. Found a couple possible substitutes though.

On the ice fields of Rhen Var, the Silver Watch stand sentinel. A small group of Jedi dedicated to the lightside of the force, are stationed to watch over the planet, and stand against any foe that would seek to destroy peace and harmony.

...one day into this, and you've already let the Sith infiltrate the ranks.
