We've allowed people to submit stuff for their alts before. It's the entire way that most of the planet subs tend to work. However, try not to abuse this privilege. If you try to submit a whole armory for your uncreated character, you'll probably be stepping on some toes.

I feel like this should be stamped on the forehead of everyone who tries to use the Factory. Really, if you don't abuse the X, we'll all get along just great.
