SPECIAL FEATURES

• A unique form of gravitic deflector shield system, designed to integrate into existing shield generators and serve as an effective means of anti-kinetic/anti-ordnance protection.

STRENGTHS

• Can be used for powersuits, vehicles, and armor, which gives it impressive (very high) kinetic resistance by way of utilizing a gravitic "pulse" to essentially divert a projectile or series of projectiles off-course, thus making it so that said ordnance is detonated away from a ship.
  
  
• Easy modular nature means it can be hooked into an existing ship's shield generators and thus serve as a unique countermeasure/shielding system.
  
  
• Produces a cool flash of light. It doesn't do anything, but it sure has aesthetic appeal.
  
  
• Can potentially push away starfighters and bombers with the same principle if too close to the ship in question.

WEAKNESSES

• Cannot be used for a personal armor suits (powersuits are fine however).
  
  
• Does not work against energy, ion, or any other weapons save for kinetic weapons.
  
  
• Can be eventually overloaded by enough of other types of weapons because it latches onto the normal ray shielding generators of a ship rather than having its dedicated own.
  
  
• Makes a ship somewhat more expensive to utilize these systems.
  
  
• Drains more power from ship and vehicle reactors to the shields, though this is a very minor weakness admittably.
  
  
• Only known by Geonosian Industries and Stalgasin Hive for its creation.

DESCRIPTION
Designed by Stalgasin Hive originally for the Kantex-class Territorial Starfighter currently within the design process, the Spire "GIDISS" was redesigned to fit existing vehicles and starships within its vehicle bays and starship docks as well as any allies' products, thus making it a potent anti-kinetic defensive system.
