Early in its history, hundreds of years before the Clone Wars, it was actually a subsidiary of SoroSuub. The corporation hoped to gain a cheap manufacturing hub close the Core worlds, so it settled an uninhabitated continent of Terrijo with indentured Sullustan workers and built up underground factories to make their goods. Over the years, the Gessbenna Corporation has swelled and shrank along with with its profit margin, depending on the galactic economy. Because of the recent chaos caused by the Netherworld event, the company is managing to just be profitable, despite some of its executive's corruption. Currently it only has a major market presence in the Venzeiia Sector, though its goods can be found in small amounts across the galaxy carried by tramp freighters, small retailers, and the like.[/SIZE]
