Designed as the primary sidearm for Greta's personal guard, slugthrowers were considered as an alternative option to the operator's arsenal, providing more than adequate firepower when blasters fail to achieve expectations. Unlike most common slugthrower pistols, this was designed to be more in line to how a hand cannon operates, packing nasty damage into a pistol. Highly effective against armoured targets, it shreds targets wearing little to no armour. It is best used at its optimum range of fifty metres or less due to the lack of ammunition when fully chambered.
The power comes with a cost as only four slugs can be in the chamber at any one time. Loading of the bullets function similarly to a double barrelled shotgun, by pushing down the front half of the pistol, and slotting the slugs into their respective slots in the chambers. A inbuilt muzzle brake effectively reduces the recoil that accompanies each shot, increasing accuracy per shot. A reliable and highly effective weapon, it is a beast of a weapon that anyone can master or excel in.
