Strengths and Weaknesses:
+ Trained Fighter: Gharis was one of the few selected in his small clan to carry on their warrior legacy and wear the traditional beskar'gam armor.

+/- Duty Bound: Gharis is bound by honor and any deal or promise he makes is sure to be upheld.
- Single-minded: When Gharis gives something his focus he has a habit of ignoring everything else around him, or being unable to change his mind on a subject.
- Distrusting: Gharis is extremely adverse to anything that wasn't traditionally part of his Mandalorian culture growing up.
Appearance:
Gharis is a tall man with a sturdy build. In contrast to his Beskar'gam alloy armor, he has a rather unassuming look about him. His face bear the laugh lines and wrinkles from a much happier time, he now is rarely seen smiling unless he is around his daughter. His hair is thick and often greasy from days spent without removing his helmet. There is a fire in his eyes that suggest that while he has matured, he's never lost the spark of youth that many humans lose out of their 20's.
Biography:
Gharis was born on Mandalore as the second eldest son of Georig Vevut. His clan was smaller than most, and had less to do with the inter-politics among the rest of the larger clans during Gharis' childhood. Nevertheless, the Vevuts were as proud as any other of their clan's history and Gharis was taught all of the traditions of his people. He developed a grave respect for the Mandalorian warrior culture, and trained alongside his elder brother Hasard in the art of combat.
Gharis took to fighting quickly and he formed a tight-knit bond with his brother. Being the second eldest, he carried none of the responsibilities of Hasard and became the more light-hearted and jovial of the two. At the age of sixteen he married his lover Mirta and though she was thought infertile for many years and therefore looked down upon by many in the clan, she bore them a daughter that they named Aushi in their seventh year of marriage. In that same year, not a month after their daughter was born, Gharis' brother Hasard died in a hunt and the worst among the clan whispered privately that perhaps Mirta and Gharis had stolen a life from the gods and that Kad Ha'rangir had taken Hasard as vengence.
Gharis mourned his brother's loss, though he did not blame his daughter and he was quick to bloody the nose of anyone who would mention such a thing in front of him. Gharis poured everything into his child and loved to watch how quickly she grew between his visits back to Mandalore between missions in the Mandalorian military. As he was now the eldest living son of his father, he was expected by many to be the next head of the clan, though Gharis resented this and did not want the responsibility. He instead spent most of his time away on mercenary work less because he enjoyed it, as many of those around him did, and more because he wanted to keep his mind distracted from the troubles of the future.
When the cataclysm of Mandalore struck, Gharis and his daughter Aushi were on the jungle moon of Dxun where Gharis' father had taken he and his brother many years ago. As Aushi was his only child, he wished to see her trained as a warrior as he had, but the trip was cut short when distress signals aboard their ship alerted them of the crisis on Mandalore.
The entirety of Clan Vevut had been caught in a volcanic explosion that had wiped them out nearly instantaneously. In a matter of seconds, Gharis lost his father, his wife, and his brothers and sisters of the clan. Gharis put on a tough appearance for his daughter, who was still young and emotional, but inside he wallowed in grief.
Broken but not beaten, Gharis signed on with Death Watch when the Dominion entered Mandalorian space. Though his clan was gone, he saw it as his duty to secure independence for himself, the Mandalorians, and most importantly for his daughter.
Ship:
Gharis has a simple starship built for functionality, not comfort. It has two sets of forward facing guns along with a single swiveling ballistic missile launcher. It can seat a maximum of four, while also built with small recesses on either side of the short corridor leading into the cockpit for storage such as maintenance droids and tools. It is capable of hyperspace but is not the highest tier available for ships of similar size.
