SPECIAL FEATURES
- Knuckle plate vibro blade: retractable blade in glove for surprise attacks
- Goggles: Multiple modes. Binoculars, thermal, night, MFTAS, DER enabled.
- Helmet comes with rebreather
- Lightsaber resistance: Phrik allows the wearer to block lightsaber strikes. Phrik plates on the chest, forearms, shoulders and legs provide more defense compared to the rest of the body with just Phrik armourweave. Sustained hits with a lightsaber will still break the armourweave.
- Blaster deflection: Phrik armourweave adds resistance to blaster bolts.
- Electricity: By default, Phrik disperses electricity. However, any high voltage attack like a Force lightning will still be painful, especially if it is sustained.
- Sonic: Getting hit by a sonic attack is no joke. The armour shape will remain, but bruises and fractures will happen.
A figure dusted off the tag in the interior of the armour, which read "Ghost-class Armour. Grand Army of the Republic." Below the tag were the barely readable letters of "M. F.". The letters seemed like a long time ago. Time always faded away, like the fading initials. She had happily scribbled them with a marker when she got the shiny new toy in the barracks.
Her name did not exist in the official records. Or it was more like she had never existed. Her missions usually did not involve brute force or heavy weaponry. She needed lots of patience. Silence was the norm. Darkness was her friend. If there was no need to fire any shot to complete a mission, then save the ammunition for another day. She had a helmet too. Could wear it if she needed to, although it would make her sweat like crazy. Most of the time, the goggles were more than sufficient. She needed to track targets, avoid confrontations and discretely dispatch people in her way.
With stealth requirements in mind, the Ghost-class armour was designed to be light and protective against common weapons. That included lightsabers and blasters. Heavy armour which made her sound like a bantha was a no go. The usage of phrik armourweave instead of full armour, with solid pieces added to the chest, shoulders, arms and legs to provide additional protection was a compromise between weight and protection. She could take a lightsaber strike without losing any body parts. Just don't do it often, especially on the same area.
Electric discharges from EMP or from Sithy fingers? Probably won't die from shock immediately but pain would be there. Also, don't shoot with a sonic weapon. That would be cheating. Bone breaking actually.
Modification:
New Section(s):
- Due to submitter error, a weakness that does not apply was left in.
- Reason for Modification: The final submission does not include usage of glitaweb, so the weakness description is wrong.
- Remove "The glitaweb will also be affected and the force resistance will be reduced drastically."
Weaknesses:
- Electricity: By default, Phrik disperses electricity. However, any high voltage attack like a Force lightning will still be painful, especially if it is sustained. The glitaweb will also be affected and the force resistance will be reduced drastically.
- Sonic: Getting hit by a sonic attack is no joke. The armour shape will remain, but bruises and fractures will happen.
