Description: Originally developed for the Avidonian defence forces the Ghoul has found a much larger audience with pirates, especially near the Mara Corridor. In addition to preventing nearby hyperspace travel the gravity well generator synergies with the ships tractor beams providing an inertial boost allowing the ship to immobilize nearly any ship within or below its class. With only moderate weaponry and no fighter escort the Ghoul relies on closing the distance between its opponent quickly and using its boarding craft to deliver troops to opposing ships while it harasses the other vessel.
