SPECIAL FEATURES
The twin Lightsabers were created by Gida'Vida during the Clone wars centuries ago. She wished to use a larger lightsaber like some of the jedi she saw as a youngling but due to her height and species found it impossible to use a Great Lightsaber normally. Taking inspiration from certain Dual Bladed Lightsaber designs she crafted her own Great Lightsaber to suit her inate restrictions. She also built the Great Lightsaber out of two Lightsabers that when combined together would make the Hilt. The hilts were forged from songsteel to keep it light, allowing for greater range of movement that wouldn't normally be possible. She still wanted access to a normal Lightsaber, especially two, as it allowed for greater defensive options then the Great Lightsaber could provide her.
The designs wasn't without it's problems however, for as versitile as the Lightsabers could be they could not be switched quickly and without effort. This lead to her having to plan out what she was going to use ahead of time rather then using either to suit the moments whim. The other problem was while she had managed to created a Greatsaber she could use, using it was another thing. The new length and intensity of the blade required a seperate amount of trianing compared to a standard lightsaber to use both safe and effectively.
The design in practice did everything she wished allowing for a wider range of situations she could effectively use one weapon with, even if it ment she needed the time to prepare for a changing situation.

SPECIAL FEATURES
- Can cut through most materials with ease, like any other lightsaber.
- Cyan Kyber Crystals
- While it is a Great Lightsaber the blade is more powerful then the standard lightsaber, making it more deadly.
- Songsteel Base: The majority of the lightsaber's metal plating is forged from Songsteel making it rather resistant to lightabers and blasters.
- Dual design: The lightsabers are designed to form together into a single Great Lightsaber.
- Cortosis Ore: Should anyh the blade come in contact with concentrated Cortosis it will short out for a brief period of time.
- Complex Design: In takes time to switch between them being two lightsabers or one great Lightsaber, forcing the user to use whatever form it currently is in until they have time to switch. If one of the two Lightsabers ceases to function then the Great Lightsaber cannot function.
- Unweildy: Great Lightsabers are large weapons which can cause problems for the untrained and in cramped area's.
