Gif Re-size?

So with the new Sig height limits imposed upon us by our merciless overlord of 125Px a couple of my character's sigs are all jacked up and I was wondering if anyone knew how to re-size gifs?

Barring using photshop and the like, you can pretty much find several sites like Ezgif that are relatively straight forward to use.

Otherwise I'll take a crack at them if you'd like.
