GIF's as Avatar: Need help!

Been trying to get this image as my avatar while staying a GIF. anyone have any advice I'm missing out on?

If I can't solve it, is there anyway a staff member could pop into my CP and fix it for me?

This should work for you -

Right size and dimensions was all, as they need to be under 2k size and 150x150 px dimension.
