The Eternal Queen
Felicity was a troublesome girl. In theory, raising children was supposed to be a simple task. Provide them with the necessities, use proper discipline, reward them for good behavior, educate... Feena had bought her daughter the very best education credits could buy. The girl had no disappointed in her school work, of course. She excelled at every subject. Now she'd graduated from the Academy with honors and she was well on her way to a very bright future in politics.
...If she could learn to cooperate.

Feena was at the edge of her rope. The girl wanted to be a Jedi? No. Now she wanted to join the Protectorate military? Now she wanted to study at the temple on Ossus? Now she wanted to be a writer? Oh, no. Now she wanted to-
It didn't matter. The girl was expected to succeed. No matter what it was she wanted to do. But Feena had her preferences, just as any parent. A future in politics, perhaps as Queen one day herself, was really the ideal. A marriage into an influential family also would be a very nice touch. Unfortunately, her daughters taste in men was about as undesirable as her taste in occupation. Feena was not stupid. She knew the girl had her eye on someone. A certain boy that Feena herself could not stand.

Marea, Feenas head handmaiden whispered in her ear. The Queen nodded from her place on the throne.

"Send him in."

Feena a queen, that was something that needed to get used to. Feena was a good friend of his, and after continuously fighting in the wars the Jedi Master took a step back to relax and enjoy his time that he had at his home on Naboo. Kacius was frequently acting Watchmen for several planets but he returned home to Naboo after another Jedi had taken his place that gave him this time for rest. First things first, as he had a meeting with the Queen herself, for what reasons he wasn't sure. Feena was always someone he could talk to and rely on, and the feeling was mutual. He knew that if she ever needed help with anything that he would be right there to help her.

The Jedi hardly wore the traditional robes of the Jedi Order, yet preferred his own custom like uniform almost to that similar of a Rebel officer. Kacius stood up when the handmaided summoned him as he straightened his uniform out once more, while Feena was a good friend, she was first and foremost the Queen of Naboo.

Kacius walked in and he bowed approptriately, towards the queen as he was brought inside. "Your grace, I trust you are well?"

The Eternal Queen
Feena had made herself quite comfortable on Naboo's throne. A pity. Thrones were not meant to be comfortable. It was not supposed to be rewarding to be a leader. You were not supposed to be in it because it was nice and comfortable. If you were, then you were a terrible leader. No. Truth was, Feena had watched the throne of Naboo since she was just a little Padwan. The first time she'd seen a Queen at work was when she was ten. She'd hated that Queen. She'd been so young, so weak. She remembered hearing her bed for aid from the Senate. Pathetic. If she did not have the strength to go in and demand what she needed for her people, then how could she call herself a leader?

Feena rested her head on the palm of her hand. She wasn't going to be foolish and weak. She wasn;t in it because it was comfortable. She wasn;t in it for the credits. She didn;t care about the nice clothes, the fashionable jewels, the shiny ships. She was dressed in a simple, solid colored gown with very little ornamentation on her head. For jewelry she had only her wedding ring. The only thing that set her apart was the traditional makeup of her office, the white powder, the red lip stain, the dots under her eyes. Anything else would just distract from her purpose.

"Master Jedi," the Queen greeted, giving a thin smile, "I am well as I may be. And your trip? Comfortable I presume?"

Kacius nodded in respect again once he was greeted. "As comfortable as one can expect, your grace." Kacius said with a friendly smile. She looked fit as a queen, he respected her as she took the position when she did. If anyone could take control and rule as one should, it was definitely Feena. She was wise, and headstrong and fierce to boot. So it worked out quite well.

"It's been to long." The Jedi Master nodded his head again. "What could a Jedi Master such as myself be brought before the queen of Naboo?" Kacius asked curiously. He felt it was something much more than just a friendly hey.

"Felicity," she answered, "You've met my daughter before. That's why I've asked you here."

She stood up, her attendant taking her datapad from her. She stepped down from the throne, down the few steps until she was standing face to face with her old friend.

"Come," she instructed, moving past him, leading him out of the throne room.
