Girl with Ghost Eyes

Sala'dine

Admiral of the Ghost Fleet
[member="Alyisa Mithel"]

The Hand of Judgement was a small patroll destroyer... the Jedi's shadow itself was massive compared to that and Sala'dine preferred her smaller vessel.... but if you were going to show something off and get someone hopefully to open up about what happened. THe admiral was allowing the force dead ship to conceal them and the arriving shuttles as it was constructed like a massive star destroyer with the forward firing arc and the orissa bilge for sending out ships and drop pods. "Admiral we have some news." She was looking at the Chiss who had transferred over from the judgement. She was checking out a few other places they could go and in the hanger were some ships for use. "Yes what is it?" She said while the chiss was bringing and giving her the information about what they had. "We have been working on getting some information from the old atrisian archives and have found the files for Wing Commander Mithel." THe chiss was quick and knew how to get things done as Sala'dine sat at the chair on the bridge and was looking over the file when the girl would be able to arrive. Sala'dine wanted to understand but she was going to get her everything she might need to become a pilot... maybe as she needed it to be... a pilot for the Jedi Shadow.

The transport touched down in the hanger of The Hand of Judgment. As it landed Alyisa did not know what to expect would happen today. All she knew is someone she regarded as a friend asked her to come.

After it landed, Alyisa started to make her way out of the transport and down the ramp. As expected she was cordially greeted within the hanger. From there she was escorted to the bridge. Upon joining those on the bridge she looked around for [member="Sala'dine"].

She saw her and taking in the sight of the blonde.. well she was just glad she had shown up. "Welcome." Sala'dine remained there sitting with a look on her face the holograms of the chair going around as she turned them off and stood up. Wearing her admiral's uniform with a nod of her head towards her. "It is good to see you Wing Command Mithel." A smile was on her face though when she said it moving from the seat to look out of the viewport itself. She was looking out across the massive ship as she spoke. "I do hope you are settling in, I know it may have come as a shock and with some adjustment but I can assure you that the Silver Jedi can be decent people."

Aly watched Sala’dine get up from the hair and look out over the bow of the ship.

Sock and adjustment, Aly had her fare share of having to move from old home to new home many times over the years. That was just a product of losing your home world to heathens of war.

“I’m adjusting just fine, thank you”, she said with her quirkily little smile.

Speaking of quark-ie, a little BB9 astromech droid rolled in then around Aly. “Calm down BB9”, Aly rolled her eye and could not help but laugh. The BB9 droid was a far more practical then a living pet. It still was a companion and good therapy. That and Aly was a pilot, having a asromech made so much sense.

Looking at her and then at the droid was there... Sala'dine motioned for the droid while the other astromechs on the ship moved around. "Well now aren't you helpful." She said it standing there and brushed off her uniform to make sure the black and silver looked best before leading the way. "It is good that you are, I wanted to catch up and offer whatever help you may need. We have been rolling off some of our new ships and equipment. So hopefully the events of Jakku and afterwards will be fixed in the future." She said it and was walking as she opened one of the doors to an office where she sat down. "So with you settling in there is something I wished to ask you. I was reviewing your records from the Atrisian empire." She said it and brought them up from here, when they were able to go to the planet and search the military bases they got information from files. "You are quite experienced and so I want to recruit you to the JUdgement. Become my CAG."

[member="Sala'dine"]

As Aly followed along, so too did BB9. A girl and her droid, right?

Going CAG, that was sudden. Well sudden because, well Aly knew she was not ready for that responsibility, just yet. She knew the work it went into command. She was still trying to fit in with her new friends. She truly did appreciate the offer, it did mean a lot to Aly.

“Sala’dine”, Aly reached out and place her hand upon Sala’s shoulder. It was not really appropriate for an officer to do with a superior officer. Then again right now Aly was a friend and not Sala’dine CAG just yet.

“Thank you”, Aly smiled trying to show her friend just how much she appreciated the thought. Aly let go of Sala’s shoulder, “I have not earned that honor yet. I’m still knew around The Silver Jedi Order. I’m new in your life as well. A squadron is a tight family of officers. I know none of their names and they hardly know me yet. I will have to earn respect from them. Also it has been a while since I’ve been in a furball. I know I will do just fine. Your officers do not know this. I have made a choice though. I will fly again and I will fly for The Silver Jedi.”

Aly hoped Sala’dine would understand this. She had been very kind. Aly would just hate it if Sala’dine was offended.

Looking at her she turned her head to see the hand and raised an eyebrow... out of line maybe but they were not around any of the others. Sala'dine stood up tall and touched the hand taking it off of her shoulder and looking at the woman. "Fair enough but hopefully you will agree to coming to the Judgement. A pilot of your skills and history can be wasted with some of the others. I don't have to try and instill discipline like the rest of my crew have. We are mostly all former Imperials from different empires. Atrisia, the former sith empire, Crinian, Fel Imperium, One Sith, Lords of the Fringe and Dominion. A little restructuring and they have become a well trained crew."

Sala'dine said it though as she turned to look out of the viewport for the office with a hand going over the wall to bring the hardlight images up of the ship and everythign they had been doing. "I myself had to adjust to it, the silver jedi are much more... liberal then Imperial structuring. Going from a Grand Admiral who commanded fleets across sectors to just an admiral like the others and had a smal planet to oversee... it was strange. Main reason why I chose to have the ghost fleet move around. We oversee and check on testing facilities in the corners of the galaxy. We bring the newer ship models that the Silver jedi use and some of the fighters."

She said it and hoped it would if not entice her to want to be with the Ghost fleet they were in her opinion one of the better ones around. If only because they seemed to at least have some of the history and absorbed the Imperials who were lost and not taken in by other groups within the galaxy. Sala'dine was looking over at some parts of it so she crossed her arms. "I also want to help you out, your history is one of skill.... so we have the fighters you can test out if you want and we can build you one for yourself. To specifications needed so that you will preform and become one of the best pilots we will have."

Sala’dine’s reaction to the hand? Aly hand the feeling she may have over stepped their friendship. That was a risk when trying to be someone’s friend. Sometimes friends may not always see the world in the same light.

Sala’dine was persistent though. Well she was a focused woman. Aly could not help but continue to smile.

The offer made was still more generous then Aly deserved. She could not deny the offer. Well she did not have the heart to deny Sala’dine’s offer . Well that and Aly really needed a job. Work meant pay and pay means the ability to buy more cute clothing.

Your offer is more than generous Admiral Sala’dine” , Aly stood at attention given a hint at she was willing to accept the offer. “If you would allow it Ma’am. I would like to expand on my role. I also have training to be an Imperial Commando. I do not know if you have your own squad similar to Inferno Squad. I’m fully able to operate solo or operate in a four officer team. If you wish my skill set why not use all of them.”

It was a switch up from her last command and post. Aly did have the training and it would help to extend the influence of Admiral Sala’dine.

Hmm that was good to hear and having an Inferno style squad that could operate.. well she did have something in her Judges but they were not around now. THey had survived but slowly went back to their positions within the ship to keep it operating as the crew dwindled. "Very good and we did have a commando unit, over time it faded because we didn't need to use it." She said it but was looking at her and the idea of her doing such a thing... was mixed. On the one hand she was all for bringing them back, bringing them to bare in situations to prevent dangerous situations like Jakku. THe other she didn't want to risk this new friend.

Friend.... she was thinking it there for a split second and spoke while she approached the woman and stood there. "Permission granted but see me in my private dining area later, I wish to discuss things freely." She said it and moved to her desk pulling out a patch for the uniforms and she turned presenting it to her. "Then welcome to the Ghost Fleet." A smirk was on her face and she motioned with her head. "Walk with me." Sala'dine was moving towards the doors leading to the other side of the room while she made sure her uniform was proper looking in the mirror before opening the door that led to one of the lifts.

She waited and closed the door to take them down to the hanger as the wall opened to reveal what was a private escape lift while the rangers who served as her garrison on board. The silver armor gleaming before they moved aside for her, the black armored pilots who were training with them so that they would all be able to fight and survive should problems come. "We will work with them to make your squadron. I don't know how the silver jedi will respond if we call it Inferno Squadron but we'll handle a name later. This is the requisitions officer." The chiss standing in the one room they went to near the pilots stood tall and saluted.

"Admiral." She looked at them and wore imperial grey with black boots and had a look as around the room they had all of the equipment. "Formerly of the Atrisian garrison on Csilla her core name for ease is Ishizu." The admiral saluted though and looking at what they had she broght up some of the information. "Is everything getting settled in properly?" She was curious about it since they had moved and had the larger ship now. "Yes admiral, we have access to more resources and have been setting up the Hollow Squadron with a small grouping of Tengu." She looked over at it bringing up the information. "Good, make sure everyone has their quarters and possession transferred over."

Sala'dine saluted her again though as she stood there. "As you build your squad, I want to be informed and your skills will serve us well. We aren't going to be just over one planet but we have the means to get back here quickly in case of problems and are all about stealth and recon. Working with chiss outposts to monitor the unknown regions and anything that could pose a threat. I want you to be safe and prepared so any equipment we can have our lab techs start working on. New armor technologies, new weapons, new ships, transport or anything." She said it and was looking at her as she was a little fearful she had.... ruined thing but removing her hand from her shoulder... maybe she could explain it later.

Moving along through the ship Aly laid close attention. Not just what Sala’dine was speaking of? Trying to remember her way around the ship could be very important. She was going to be spending quite a bit of time here.

It was all a lot to absorb as they went through rooms and picking up uniforms and equipment?

When the salute came, Aly saluted in return. “Yes Admiral Sala’dine. I will careful pick through possible candidates for three other team members. Finding four other members is one thing. It is good that we have the option of tech. It will be interesting to see where that leads us.”

She looked at her and good, with Alyisa on board for making her squad then she had a few ideas walking now. To show the rooms and with the size of the ship she presenting the pilots area where they were all gathered. Seeing the Admiral and saluting to her and Aly before Sala'dine spoke. "At ease and go back to your prep work, this is one of your newest pilots so make her feel welcome." She said it and had a look on her face though while she motioned. "Take your time, find a locker and meet me in my private galley when you are able to." THe woman bowed her head and left the room getting a few nods from the others while they were closing the doors and workign to make their new member welcome.

Sala'dine moved towards the bridge and her quarters were down the hall as she opened the doors to see the office she had here. A secondary door leading to her own private meeting room to talk with crew and officers, or to eat as one of the cooks of the ship was bringing her a plate of food that had been prepared. SOmething to drink now that she was off duty and had changed out of her uniform into one of the more casual outfit. She stood there finding a seat and making a small area should Aly come and be able to join her after getting everything settled in for herself. Sala'dine was looking at what they had report wise from the Takara."

There it was Aly was left alone with a room full of pilots.

What did pilots do in their barracks when the captain or Admiral was not looking? Gamble, swear, hazing each other. It was a fraternity of immature jocks. Fighter Pilots jocks tend to have a sort life expectancy. So they were a bit carefree. Ok they seemed a little crazy to other people. You had to be being an Imperial pilot flying a thin tin can with no shields going at crazy fast speeds! Normally those things are not rated Chaos so...

Later on…

So free time, off duty. So Aly made her way to visit Sala’dine. Making her way through a ship that was still very new to her? There was a couple of times where she was about to take a wrong turn. Lucky she was wise enough to bring a data pad with her giving her directions.

After some time of wondering around there was a beep at Sala’dine’s door. Yes it was Aly waiting for Sala’dine to answer.

There was a sound from the door and Sala'dine looked up from her food. "Enter." She said it while looking there and had only gotten to the soup to take up some time. Seeing Aly was the one at the door though she smiled and stood up with a bow of her head. "Welcome Alyisa... come in come in." She offered the table as the viewport of the room looked out on the nebula. The SHadow had been moving through the system before she just stood there. "I am glad you were able to come," She wanted to learn more about her there was only so much you could learn in a file and the first time she met her she was trying to avoid seeing her in the slave outfit spilling out. "THank you and hopefully the othe pilots are not to terrible."

[member="Sala'dine"]

Aly returned the bow as it was polite thing to do, “Thank you for inviting me.”

After the pleasantries Aly came in like she was asked to. Upon coming in she glanced around the room while listening to Sala’dine.

“I’m pleased to be here as well”, Aly looked at some art upon the wall?

“As for how the other pilots greeted me”, she had moved on to the question. “I would be worried about their moral if they had not greeted me the way they did. I’m sure you will be very happy to hear their spirits are in good order. They’re a close strong group.”

Aly did go over to the view port to get a close look at the nebula. “It’s gorgeous”, she gasped taking in the marvel.

Well that was a good thing to hear about her pilots. If they weren't in high spirits or at least happy then she could have dangerous underpreforming pilots.... never good for a ship. "Well it is the second most gorgeous thing here." She said it and looked at the viewport but wasn't taking a chance to look at her. "What was said before and... we were on duty. I prefer even if it is in private to be professional." She clasped her hands behind her back waiting for a moment. as she moved to the table and motioned for her to sit down across from her. "I am uncertain about how to properly do this.... One of the main reasons is because I normally come to learn about my crew and don't meet them before hand."

She was trying to think of how to explain it. "I rather feel protective of you, after Jakku and how terrible that got I didn't want any harm to come to you and how Draven seemed to be acting in the debriefing. I didn't want to provoke him.. he seemed slightly unstable." She said it and look down as the food arrived. "I don't know what I am saying... I apologize and am making it sound like you are unable to take care of yourself but that Vee Toa one was strange and I would normally have put a blade through his neck or chest for threatening me but he seemed able to avoid anything that was happening." Sala'dine looked at her though when she got a drink and took a sip.

Aly kept her eyes out the viewer. Her eyes darted back and forth across the edges of the nebula. Did she say second gorgeous thing here, was the words stuck in Aly’s mind as Sala’dine continued to speak.

The next topic Sala’dine continued with? On duty watch what is said, no touching. Erm, Aly’s eyes still was focused on the nebula.

She felt protective and Sala’dine continued about she wanted to cut Vee Toa. Draven seemed like a safe topic. Aly did not know what to feel or think about the other things.

“Draven has no respect”, yes stick to that topic Aly!

“He broke the chain of command doing clearly what were not his orders. He risked the lives of his men and those he was assigned to protect. He and his men treated the one they was assigned to rescue like garbage by grabbing them by the hair or roughly grabbing them by body parts. He killed more of them then he saved. Then when he was called in to be question by his superiors he insulated them and those who are supposed to his fellow members of his order. Draven has no honor. In my eyes he is filth. He did not deserve the compassion his elders gave him. They should have locked him up for his crimes.”

Aly sighed. It was a bit much what she said. She was trying to be honest with a friend. Aly had no respect for Draven because he had no respect for anyone, not even himself. “I’m sorry if I just unloaded too much. What I said was just about Draven and his actions. If my tone was offensive to you I’m sorry.”

She was listening to her speak about it and Draven was something that... she didn't like. Unsure about it, unsure about what the other jedi had set up in their own minds. "It is quite alright." She offered a grin though and took another drink. "In here right now hyou can speak however you like. I encourage it being candid and I want to know more about you Alyisa." She said it while she was sitting there with a smile on her face. "You told me how you came to be on the world but there is more. I know Atrisian's empire mostly from reports as opposed to who was there." She had the food being brought out for them though and sat back a little. "Also eat please and have a drink." She was just sitting there and ate a little of the food.

A drink, yes…Aly could use one.

Was it something with a kick? Aly did not know she just started to pour some into a glass. She quietly prayed to all of the pagan gods at that moment. She prayed that they would answer and let the drink be something with a kick, a drunken kick!

Maybe she should stop panicking?

So there were foods to? Aly sat down, while looking a little more. The books in the room? Aly was trying to quickly think of a topic or what was the current topic?

“I was actually born on Coreilla”, Aly said while dishing up some food. “My mother was native to the planet”, the next part she did not know if she should say it. What if Sala’dine judged her harshly because of it? “My father was a clone pilot. I was teased quite a bit for it in my youth” , she gave quite the personal detail there. To Aly it was personal. She loved her father. To her he was the greatest man who ever lived and he was warm and caring, what every girl would wish for.

“Where are you originally from”, she asked then took a bite of food.

She was listening and the information about her father was interesting... but at the same time not something she could see as dangerous. "I am originally from Bastion." She said it and was drinking the alcohol, it was strong but not as strong as the wookiee spirits they had gotten from Kashyyyk.. this was mild with a kick if you weren't careful. The Admiral was sticking around though. "My family was a decently wealthy family within the Imperials and I went to the academy and finest schools." She said it with a look on her face unsure about how to say some of the things. She looked around and the private room had shelves of books she usually bought in ports across the galaxy. "Once I was old enough I did as much as I could and became a pilot for the Empire running the transports and moving up to cruisers and eventually star destroyers."

Aly knew her liquor all too well. As soon as that sweet stuff hit her lips, she knew when to pull forward or pull back. Aly was just looking to take the edge off she immediately she fell into a pace that suited her needs for the moment.

“Bastion, ah, cool beans”, Aly mentioned while artfully cutting some of the veggies on her plate with a knife and a fork.

“They do have this snazzy night club there that has some edgy electro what’ch’u call it beats of some sorts”, Aly for the life of her was trying to remember the name. “It was down town. It was a pretty rough crowed but a perfect place for fight jocks to blow off some steam!” She was still trying to remember the name!
