Description: The 3rd is the primary armoured assault force of the Golden Banner and tasked with ground assaults, sieges, anti-tank, and breakthrough roles in land engagements. Although equipped lightly and carrying only a minor assault force per unit, the 3rd is specialized and capable having served in many engagements from the Siege of Bastion to the Conquest of Korriban. During these marches the 3rd served proudly along with the 5th mechanized in many battles. As a unit the 3rd provides a heavy armament and a specialized role, thus making them fewer in number. The diversity within their vehicles offers a certain tactical advantage against more generalized units, however they lack proper support vehicles and have no artillery to speak of.

Diversified: The assortment of vehicles in their arsenal allows the 3rd to be specialized in armoured assaults.
Blitz Capacity: As an entirely mobile force the 3rd mustn't slow down for infantry or large transports.
Zealous: Stopping at nothing, the 3rd will not likely retreat even in the face of total annihilation.
No Support: The 3rd must rely on other components of the Golden Banner for support.
Close Combat: True effectiveness requires them to get in close, thus making them vulnerable to long-range strikes.
