Rationale: After GOMM and GOMM Industries had become large and powerful enough, Jeron decided it was time to improve GOMM's military, and pursue his Medical passion; provide better medical services at a very cheap price. The Medical services and droids would of course be a byproduct of cloning and enhancements, making it lesser in speed, but it would be part of the same goal still.

Description: GOMM Bio R&D (Sometimes shortened to BiRD), is the biological research and development of GOMM. It supplies clones to GOMM's armies, researches improvements that can be done to the body biologically and not mechanically, and creates medical droids to help get medical supplies sent out. The droids are able to be used as hospital staff or even in battlefield situations to help with rescuing wounded. BiRD is the next evolutionary step for GOMM, and the place where its armies will be massed.

Then this can either be archived until that modification is made or you can alter the submission so it doesn't rely on a parent company.
