Goodwill Real Estate is one of Bob's most successful business ventures, as he had managed to become Metellos biggest Real Estate Company with huge profits. The company was founded when Bob was just 30 years old with a business partner called John, but years later John was cut out of the company, leaving him with nothing and Bob full in control. Godwill Real Estate has a notorious reputation of trying to buy out and pushing homeowners from their homes, especially if it's in poorer areas or areas that will be a good place to turn it into profit (Such as hotels, upper-class housing area and etc.). They try to turn any area they see that will make them profits and easy to buy out from their owners. Some people have tried to fight back and tried to report them, but it didn't lead to anywhere or come to much fruition due to Bob connection with politician and such. The real estate has made a lot of money not just for Bob, but also his "friends" and business associate, who are directly connected and some only known by rumors.
