The Nova Empire is ruled by Nova Prime, myself,. The Prime selects to adjundunts. Nova Omega and Nova Alpha. Each has individual responsibilities. Nova Alpha is in charge of Security and runs the millitary second to only Nova Prime. Nova Omega is in charge of State affairs.

Lastly we have the Nova Security Bureua. Due to the collapse the First Order their agents have caused security concerns all over Xandar. This has caused a govermental agency to take matters seriously
