Strengths:
Her strength of character comes from a long line of nobility, which informs her sense of purpose not only as a Jedi but as an individual. She will always hold her virtues and values in life at the forefront of her ideas and opinions and will never be afraid to speak her mind. Grace is generally a kind and gentle person, however if the need arises in which to stand up against the injustices of life, she will stand her ground and fight for what she considers just. Her word is important to her, and once given she will do all in her power to fulfill her oaths given to others.
Weaknesses:
She is rigid in her beliefs which isolates her from seeing other people’s points of view. This creates a sense that she is unapproachable if someone wishes to seek guidance from her. Grace finds it difficult to be a team player, especially if the set goals are not to her sense of values and others fail to meet her expectations. Her most notable weakness is that she tends to bottle things up, especially emotions that need to have a release.
Appearance:
Grace is of average height with a slender build. Her hair is long and kept in a braid for practical purposes and holds no vanity in her appearance but she will always be neatly dressed especially when wearing her Jedi Robes. Her body and face show the signs of combat with scars lining her skin. She is attractive yet does not hold this as an account of importance.
Biography:
The Noble House of Vhalorious – Isatabith Rain Forest.
Grace was born into the noble house of Vhalorious on Alderaan (under the Galactic Republic). Her childhood, idyllic, in the sense she wanted for nothing. However, her parents had little time to spend with Grace, their ambitions and the demand of politics would have them away from her as they would live in the city to attend to business. She was raised and educated by a governess called Tully who loved Grace dearly and in return, Grace loved her as mother.
At the age of six, the family discovered Grace was attuned to the force, although neither of her parents were, it is a trait of the family with several members of the Valorous blood line blessed with the gift. After much discussion between her parents, Grace was sent to the Alderaanian Jedi Enclave to begin her training as Jedi. It was difficult for the young Grace at first, missing her parents and Tully greatly, but she made friends easily and soon become a studious Padawan.
When Grace was given the honour of Knighthood, she left the Enclave and went on a journey throughout the galaxy. She joined and spent some time in the company of Jedi that called themselves members of the True Covenant. It was while with this group Grace learned self-reliance and formed a strong belief in her own abilities not only through the force, but in the ability to live in the galaxy at large. However, the time came for her to move on, her calling as Jedi and through the guidance of the force, Grace moved onto Yaga Minor.
With the ever encroaching threat of the Sith, Yaga Minor had come under attack. Grace fought alongside the Jedi as well as defence forces to protect the system. During this time she was granted the honour of Jedi Master.
While on Yaga Minor, the galaxy experienced the sudden grip of the Netherworld event, although Grace had not been one of those taken, her parents did not escape this tragic event. Her father was killed, his life given to save that of his wife, who had found her way back to the galaxy. However, she returned gravely ill, Grace was informed and returned home immediately. On her death bed, her mother spoke of her sister, Sarah Vhalorious.
Grace was told that her Aunt Sarah had entered the Jedi Order at a young age and that the sisters had lost contact over the years. The last news that her mother had of Sarah was that she left the Order to marry and had settled in Pelagon. Grace’s mother would never find out what happened to her sister, but asked Grace to look for her and her family, if there was one. Grace pledged her promise only moments before her mother passed away.
And so, her quest to find Sarah and her family is to begin…
