Description:
Lanax Grayson was a an odd child. His parents were the count and countess of Corellia. Lanax always had a love for droids and their creation, but his parents wanted him to be a Doctor. He followed his parent's wishes, but in his spare time he worked on droids. He graduated at the age of 26 from school and became a Doctor. After quite a successful few years as a Doctor he took a chance and started Grayson Industries on the money he had already made.
Working in the Industries he began developing new techs and working on an AI with free will and real emotions. A wealthy criminal named Bartho Redeaux became aware of Grayson's development in AI and commissioned the company to build an HRD. Due to Grayson's career he never had time to have children so he made the AI a young girl he named Morgan Grayson. It took him a year of building and developing her as she started in the state of a child and needed to develop. He was then forced to erase her mind and rename her as [member="Morgan Redeaux"] and give her to the businessman. The money left over he used to spend two years building an official Headquarters on Mayferria for it's rare Ionite mines. Around two years after he sold Morgan, he master died and Grayson was free to have her return. He returned her mind and hired her as his second hand. He then hired another HRD droid named Blank that was geared for assassinations, but aims to give him a new life.
